Gemma helped us establish a trust for our current and future investment properties, as this was our first, she really listened to what we wanted to achieve from it, she took the time to explain what the risk factors were and worked in collaboration with our accountant to work out the best structure to suit our needs. We were so happy with her quality of work throughout the entire process and her diligence to ensure the trust was set up before the settlement date.

Gemma is my go to legal professional. She has set up a family trust for me and give me clear advice on my wishes for the use of this trust. She assisted me to create a Will. Her advice on Enduring Powers of Attorney was some of the best I could ask for. I have also got Gemma to assist with my Nana's legal matters as her approach and personality give my Nana a good understanding of all her legal matters.

I have met Gemma through a Network group and a few months ago entrusted her to help me and my husband with our family Life Planning which included wills, enduring power of attorney and estate planning. From the outside the process looked daunting and contained a lot of information and scenarios to consider, but Gemma walked us through the process step by step, asking all the right questions to ensure that she provided us with a tailormade solution. As a family who have immigrated to New Zealand and not having family around to fall back on in the event of the unforeseen, we now have peace of mind in the reassurance that every situation is covered.
