Used Jordan from Whitmarsh Law for will drafting and with help buying our first home. I can't recommend Jordan and Whitmarsh Law enough, I don't thing I've had to wait more than 24 hours to a response (often only a few hours). Jordan always manages to explain everything is such a simple, easy to digest way which is a god send when it comes to some of the legal documentation. Once again, highly recommend Whitmarsh Law.

Called to sign EPOA & Will however advised that will require letter from doctor stating that she is of sound mind. Time frame to organise was limited as came down from Gisborne. If the changes do happen will post original docs

I dealt with Jordan from Whitmarsh Law and he was very professional but also genuinely caring on a human level. Always felt well informed both in his responsiveness and his explaination in each step of the process. Felt like I was represented by someone that treated me like a friend, as he fought successfully for a better outcome. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan during my journey to become a first time homeowner. He assisted me with dealing with the paperwork of two properties - one sale that didn't go through and one that did go through. He was very good at keeping me up to date with the entire process and using simple language so I fully understood all aspects of the buying process. He was went out of his way to accommodate me, quickly answering emails and organizing to see me in person to work through things - sometimes with short notice. I would 100% recommend working with Jordan. He does an excellent job at eliminating the stress of navigating a house sale, especially for first time home owners. We purchased a house with Whitmarsh Law, with Jordan Watts as our solicitor. He was great. Responsive, knew what he was doing, quick with communication where needed, but didn't overload us with information we didn't need, and stuck with us through a long and convoluted settlement.

My partner and i used Whitmarsh law to purchase our house, we had a young man named Chris O'Brien, he was wonderful! My partner is not the type to usually like lawyers but he even liked him! I was a nervous wreck and had a million questions that I bothered him with on a daily basis and he would always respond quickly and helpfully, never making me feel like a bother and always with a smile, i don't know how we would have gotten through it without him. Would really recommend Chris to anyone nervous buying their first house. P.S he is also really dreamy!
