We first contacted Kim Cook at Simpson and Co Otaki, late last year, prior to placing our property on the market as a Private Sale. We found Kim to be professional and easy to communicate with. We contacted her a number of times over a 6 month period and she was always happy to answer any questions we had. Her service was outstanding and the time she gave very much appreciated. The sale of our property eventually went through a real estate agency and all the necessary paperwork/communication was performed by Kim and Simpson and Co with ease and exceptional thoroughness-their fees were also very reasonable!
