This was my first time dealing with a solicitor in order to buy my first house, so I was a bit stressed out because of my lack of knowledge of many processes. Simon Pigou was the lawyer who assisted me and I feel so grateful to have had him help me going through all the steps of buying my first home. From the moment of our first meeting he has been professional and clear about the processes. I really appreciate also his patience and empathy as I was quite stressed out, mostly because of the bank and developer tight deadlines. Simon was able to give me instructions and educate me about the whole process. He has been very fast to chase both my mortgage broker and the house developer to make sure that I was able to get everything signed and sorted in time, especially because the xmas holiday were just a few days away. Simon and his team were always reachable and prompt to answer my questions and help me. Highly recommended.
