Penny and her team are incredible to deal with. It make's a big difference working with a lawyer who really cares about her clients and provides a top quality and professional service.

The Team of Belinda and Penny at Liu Law have been a godsend to me during a reasonably complicated sale and purchase of homes during COVID alert levels. To find a team of very experienced and highly competent Lawyers is one thing, but for those women to also be a delight to deal is a rarity! Nothing is too much trouble for Belinda and she and Penny are very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this team!

Penny Liu is the best Lawyer in wellington. We just bought our first home and process was so smooth, she took control of everything. Penny does everything attention to detail and fast which is very important in this competitive market, because of penny we took decision for our first house very fast . L I U Legal acted as my lawyers when purchasing my first home. Penny & Belinda went above and beyond from reviewing the sales agreement 20 minutes before my offer needed to be in to working remotely during the Covid19 lockdown to ensure I could move in as soon as moving restrictions were removed. They were friendly, professional, proactive and always happy to explain things to me and check my understanding before making decisions. They offer a fixed price service which was perfect for me in budgeting for my move. I can't recommend them enough!
