I called Auckland glass a few days ago and booked a slot within 2 days or so. The receptionist was informative, really lovely and booking was very easy. Friday morning i was called as someone was on their way. John did an excellent job and would highly recommend him for any window replacement. Over all great customer service and great end result. Awesome experience booking with Auckland glass today. A+ customer service from Gaylene, very friendly and lovely lady. Great mahi by Naki; tidy, prompt and efficient work. Am very pleased that my window is now fixed not long after making the call, on the long weekend too. Great service, highly recommend!!

This is the only glass company in Auckland that would cut and fit glass supplied by a customer and they did an awesome job from beginning to end. Maile came and did the job very professionally and Anusha did a great job of keeping me updated from arrival to end of job. Cost of the job was way within reason and would recommend this comp[any 110%

Have used Auckland glass on multiple occasions now - always great customer service and speedy response time. Onsite time have always done a wonderful job and are all lovely people to deal with.

What a stress free experience. The person on the phone (I'm bad with names and I was stressed 😅) was so sweet and offered solution, got me the quote, which was great for the work needed, got me a guy after hrs, who came in lockdown and my back door is secure, my cat door fixed (yep she arranged that too when I told her about it, bless her) clean, professionally done, doesn't break ya bank. So glad I found them 🙏 Thanks team, will be happy to give more business in future, very impressed.

We had a glass accident on a Sunday afternoon, first time in my life that something like this happened. I googled for emergency repair glass and Auckland Glass was the first result. I called them and they have been very helpful in assessing the situation, clearly stating the emergency call pricing. They sent a van straight away and in less than one hour a full living room glass was professionally and cleanly replaced, at a reasonable price for a Sunday afternoon emergency intervention. Thank you so much.

I want to thank the team for such amazing customer service. To call your 0800 number at 11pm and have the shattered bi-fold glass fixed by lunchtime the next day is amazing and Nigel, John Wilson and Fetu were great to deal with. Made the whole process very easy and stress free and all complete before the rain yesterday. Thanks again team.

Auckland Glass were reliable, responsive and did a pretty epic job that was fairly complicated. The technicians were helpful and very accommodating to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the installation.

My overall experience with this company was fabulous! Their telecommunications team did a great job at keeping me in the loop, as I did have to change the day a few times. They were easy and quick and the glazier fixed the window without us even knowing he was here! Polite and kind. Highly recommended from us!

just wanted to extend our gratitude for Auckland Glass and their contractor John’s careful attention to detail. He explained fully the glass might not come out unbroken as its been in place since the 1960’s but he proceeded and did an excellent job. He is also a lovely man and we enjoyed his time at our house.

I congratulate Auckland Glass on their great service. I phoned in the morning and they were able to get someone there the same day. Dwayne turned up exactly when they said he would. He was efficient, careful and extremely patient and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and even gave me some tips on glazing a timber sash I was doing myself. After this experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Auckland Glass to friends and family.

Had 5 panes of glass replaced yesterday, they arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up before they left, I would totally use Auckland Glass again thanks!

Edit to the Below: I received a call from Nick the owner who was very apologetic, offered fair compensation and to accelerate a fix. Like a lot of businesses COVID hasn't been fun for them. I appreciate the candour and though I have still decided to go else where I appreciate the effort to make amends. I've changed the rating to reflect this. Original review Below -- A cracked residential window took over two months to repair and in the end switched to another supplier. A number of issues: * No follow-up after the first site visit and measure after a couple of weeks, I had to call to find out how to proceed * Massive delay getting samples on site. No help from team on choosing which sample was an actual match for the tinted glass. * neither site visitor informed me that scaffolding was needed * After I got the quote, I asked for a copy with scaffolding separated which I never got. * After booking under insurance, the first date given was not actually possible, I took off work to be on site but they never showed up * When we rebooked it turns out the glass they’d sourced wasn’t the right thickness at all. And they’d need to order from somewhere else. resulting in further delays. * They never got in touch with our insurance company after we provided all the claims information. It's a cracked residential window. It should not 3 months to get fixed. Highly recommend going with someone else.

Right from the start Auckland Glass were great to deal with. I received a prompt response to my online quote. A glazier was able to come out the following week, he confirmed the cost and work was completed. All care was taken, he tidied up after and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Auckland Glass. Awesome and great. all I can say is, don't bother shopping around just get them in to sort it.

Where do I start ... from the first phone call to the job being completed, Auckland Glass staff were superb!!! An accidental break of two glass panels late on a Saturday morning seemed disastrous with all the other stress going on. However the wonderful ladies in the office managed to fit in scoping and a quote for the job before 1pm and the installers were round with the special panels early in the week. Perfect job but a misunderstanding on our part led to the panels needing replacing with a different type of glass. This was done at no extra cost to us and we were kept up to date with progress on locating the special glass. Huge thanks to the office staff, the manager, and the glaziers who all played a crucial part in ensuring that we were very happy with and grateful for the outcome.

They weren't able to do leadlight windows but gave me the number of who could, also they were the only one open on the weekend.

My experience with "Auckland Glass" was first class from beginning to end. The receptionist was most professional, proficient and everything was dealt with easily and very quickly. I was given the very first appointment available and details were taken. The men arrived on time. They were friendly, polite & professional. They dealt with the task at hand quickly, but carefully, taking time to ensure the nothing was damaged in replacing the glass. All broken glass & other rubbish was taken away & once they had gone, it was as if the accident had never happened! My invoice/receipt was emailed as requested, two days later. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an urgent glass replacement, and their number is now on my fridge with all the other great tradespeople I have dealt with.

Had a mix up with the repair date but quickly sorted. End result was fast, efficient & tidy. HIGHLY recommend, wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. It all started with an email and appointment. When the technician is onsite, they assessed and measured it. I got a call from the office and spoke to a guy (I forgot the name, sorry) but he is very detailed, friendly and gave me a best deal! He quoted me on that day and gave me a special deal which I was happy for. After 2 days, 3 guys went to install our skylites and done an awesome job. Very professional guys. We contacted a number of suppliers to install safety glass in our home. Auckland Glass were, without doubt, the most professional, responsive and competitive of them all. We were truly impressed with their service; from Nancy in Customer Service through to the lovely gentlemen who installed the glass. We would have no hesitation in recommending Auckland Glass, and we will certainly only be calling them for our future requirements!

Yesterday I organised with Auckland glass to visit my address today, to give me a quote on a window, which the quote was also free, they came out to my address at the agreed time. Just after doing the quote the glazier (Vili) asked if I was happy for him to do the job then and there. I found this extremely helpful as I needed the job done as soon as possible. It took Vili less than an hour to complete, and I am so impressed by the work he has done that I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to replace windows.

Jason Hicks Auckland Glass came to the rescue when we had an accident with one of our big windows. The Glassiers were prompt and very professional. It shows that’s they took great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Auckland Glass to my friends and family! I will no doubt call them again if I have a window related accident in the future!!!

Auckland Glass? Firstly, there was the BIG bathroom mirror. No fuss. Call. Stop by and Measure. Cut. Deliver. Remove the OLD BIG mirror (very safely, I might add - safety glasses, gloves, etc.!) Install. Professional all along the way! Secondly, then there was the LITTLE 30cm square piece of clear glass with polished edges. (I thought you guys would laugh at me, based on the size, but then I saw a gentleman pick up an even smaller piece at your facility! Ha!) OK. Chris was the lucky guy to answer the phone. he guided me through a great discussion on 'thickness', followed up on my order, called me when it was ready and then even wrapped up my little square! So wonderful to work with nice, smiley people! THANK YOU! MJD.

Simply brilliant!. Rang these guys after being badly let down by another well known Auckland glazier. All I needed was a small window pane repair and another frosted glass pane replaced. Could not be more helpful. Promised to have someone there THAT AFTERNOON...and it happened without me having to chase or anything. Fixed the broken window immediately (so in effect they did job 1 within 3 hours of a phone call while the other useless company took three weeks and multiple chase ups just to measure and remeasure and heaps of bs excuses). Glazier came back three days later as promised and replaced frosted pane. Clean tidy, no mess, deliver on their promises, these guys are brilliant. Highly recommend, don' go anywhere else
