M.Friendly staff and prompt service. Windscreen replacement was estimated to take 3 hours and they did it in 2.5 hours. They have a waiting area which has comfortable seating. 5 minute walk to a couple of cafes. Great job with windscreen.

P.Brilliant service Iv'e got 3rd party Insurance with glass coverage I've had 2 new windscreens on this car ,one back 1/2 lite and numerous stone chips.Usually I wait until they come out but Sockburn has a good waiting room.They are fast especially full replacement seemed like I'd just sat down when He came to the door 'finished' !
Great Guys I've had the same now and then, Trucks speeding never fails and so annoying.Another break back to Novus I hope wont be for a while though.
