J.Guys were great but unfortunately they had received the wrong window glass for my car now I have to wait again. Wasn't happy as it right on Christmas. The lady I first spoke to ask if the small window was broken as well I said no....so she knew it was the front passagers window. Why the mix up I don't no...But they guys put a purspex plastic in for the moment. I have no idea when it will come now...very inconvenient.

M.Went in for a stone chip repair. Unfortunately the person from the call centre wasn't able to identify the chip was too big to repair, so the first time I went to drop the car off, I was told it couldn't be fixed, so had to rebook for another day to get the windscreen replaced. I'm super happy with the service I got at the branch, just think that maybe they should ask more questions when booking it in over the phone. A bit of a hassle having to take it to them twice. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the service and workmanship at the branch, so am still giving them a 5 star rating.

The gentleman with glasses (sorry I didn't catch your name!) was the nicest and most enthusiastic person I've met in a long time and made sure that I was knew everything I needed. Job was completed even quicker than promised, great quality windshield and even better service. Hats off to you fellas!
M.Friendly staff. Waiting area pretty chilly. To put new windscreen on they had to disconnect wiper fluid & forgot to reconnect. They were willing to reconnect for me, which was great. Able to do it myself & saved a drive in.
M.Hassle-free experience; made the appointment, dropped the car off and picked it up a few hours later with a brand new windscreen and wipers. Easy as that. Excellent customer service - highly recommend.
J.Very good at updating the status of my car. Had some trouble with damaged windshields in shipping so my appointment was moved up a week but they were right on top of things and sorted it quickly.
l.Had to have a new screen fitted in my 2012 Grand Cherokee when screen removed found surface rust in screen aperture had to get it repaired on a Friday and left 24 hours to dry.The guys went in Saturday to fit it ,which kept us on schedule on our SI travels.great service.
