Instant Windscreens did a great job - on Christmas eve - and the car was ready when they said. Very professional and efficient. They saved our holiday as we were about to cancel our West Coast travel because of a cracked windscreen.

👍🏽 Awesome customer service & job done for my parents windscreen replacement! Originally booked for Wednesday but my nearly 80 years old dad was worried he might miss his bowls so managed to change to an earlier day & came to the house to complete (because of course, dad wanted to take it in so could have been waiting awhile!)…Grant from the Cumberland Street, Dunedin branch arrived at 8:15am & was done & dusted by 9:30am! Dad is chuffed & mum no longer feels unsafe sitting in the front because she kept thinking it would smash all over her! Cheers for the awesome customer service & efficient work done! 👍🏽

Caravan front window broken. Technician called same day to measure then returned next day to trim on site and fit. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Didn't actually end up using the business as we found a better deal elsewhere which could do the work within the timeframe we needed. The bloke I spoke to in the store was reasonably friendly.

I really did not anticipate getting a windscreen replaced to be such a straight forward, almost enjoyable experience. Super nice guys, competitive pricing, quick, simple and flawlessly executed. As it turns out even aside from the obvious cracks our old screen must have had a lot of super fine scratches as the new one is sooo much clearer. Maybe don't change it if it is intact but if you have a cracked window I would definitely recommend Instant Windscreens Dunedin.

Got sent here by State insurance for a windshield repair, they fully replaced it and had it ready to collect within an hour. Definitely a great place to go for your automotive glass needs.

Really fast, quite affordable and even came out to me. Took no longer than 15mins and was really good. Do wish more glue was used to fill window trim plastic to the edges in rather than hold it in.

The guys here are TOPS...thanks for the great service Matt done at a very competitive price.. They repaired the chip in my windscreen on the spot even though I turned up on a Saturday only half an hour before closing. And, no they didn't pay me to write this! These guys really look after you.

AMAZING customer service, I had the most helpful team sort out my car troubles in the space of a day as I was traveling through Dunedin. Made me feel at ease about my car problem. Not all hero’s wear capes! A big thank you to the guys that helped us you were life savers! I would highly recommend.

These guys tinted the windows on my Hiace camper. They came in over $200 less than some of the quotes I received. They did the job quickly and to a great standard. Very happy to recommend them.

Went here with a crack in my windscreen, they were fully ready to see me and very quick, took less than two hours and I had a brand new windscreen. Relaxed atmosphere and sick service would definitely recommend!
