I chose Gisborne Glass because I've only seen passive advertising for them on their vans. Other, larger firms advertise on TV or YouTube, which builds great brand recognition for all the companies I try to avoid because they interrupted my viewing. Service is fair and professional.

Long story short, lesson learned: trust the team at Gisborne Glass. They gave the correct advice and did a better job than a competitor for separately replacing our car windscreen and for fixing minor windscreen dings. Thank you!

Stu was the man tonight! Really saved our asses on an after hours call out at the beginning of the long weekend. Had to miss the rugby but still went above and beyond to not only fix our glass but try his hand at locksmithing as well. Reasonable rates and friendly service.

We were holidaying in Gisborne and had a cracked windscreen needing a replacement. Being a summer holiday weekend, NO glass company was open and able to help - except Stu of Gisborne Glass. As a replacement wasn't immediately available he cheerfully patched ours up to get us home safely. And get this - he asked for no payment !! Just friendly, honest, local help. Give him a call.

Got 3 quotes to fix large mirror. Gisborne Glass were at least 100$ cheaper. The job they done was beyond what I expected. Very well done. Friendly staff. Thanks Gisborne Glass.

Excellent customer service

Stained Glass door windows repaired beautifully, I couldn't spot the new glass at all. Windscreen replaced in a classic Cortina - they knew what they were doing and did a beautiful job, even transferring the WoF sticker. Advised me of damage to the rubber (caused by a Pukekohe glass company) that they'd managed to repair.
