L.I was an awful customer, went through insurance so I imagine less profit for them, had to re arrange my appointment two times. But the guys down at novus were phnomenal. When arriving and picking up I spent less than a minute on site. Very impressed.

M.Absolutely stunning service. I had my windscreen smashed by some people on Friday night, rang Novus on Saturday and Tuesday I’ve come home to a nice new windscreen. To add I’m a school teacher, so couldn’t be home, and they’ve done a mobile repair with zero interruption to my day.
