M.Had problems with Novus and AA they were making it difficult to book my windscreen replacement, setting dates and canceling the next day.
A lot of back and forth with AA and Novus. I had, had enough.
Called windscreenz stressed out after getting the run around by my insurance company.
Spoke with Junior, and i was able to book my car in the next day.
There were a few miscommunication issues on AAs part but thankful that Junior, persevered and made sure i was able to have my windscreen repaired.
Thankful i can drive my car safely with full vision.

D.Volvo V60 AWD. Junior was great to work with. Great communication. Repairs done at my home. The two guys turned up as advised. Very personable and knowledgeable. The work was carried out very efficiently and the guys kept me informed on progress. Just on two hours from start to finish which I thought was very good. Nice clean and tidy job and the car left in immaculate condition. Having had a previous experience with an established company where it took three weeks, two rejected windshields ( one wrong windshield and one damaged on installation) this was a breeze. Happy to recommend on the strength of this installation.
E.Really appreciated the fast professional service from Junior. He initially came to our workplace to fix a small chip on mine and my husbands vehicles but I eventually needed a full windscreen replacement on my Dodge. He spoke to my insurance company, and sorted everything for me so I didn't have to do anything, and it didn't interrupt my normal work day.
