Insurance paid for it, I didn't even need to confirm anything or do any paper work except turn up with the right car with the right number plate as per my insurance call. Happy as.

S.Wow, I had a windscreen insurance job to do on a rare Abarth Spider. I booked it in on the previous Friday, and they were able to bring in the requisite glass from Palmerston North by the following Monday - midday. And the office girl who took my call was very thorough, and she was cheerful and easy to relate to. Obviously their in-house training is first class. Definitely recommend them for any insurance work for sure. Top marks 😄
P.Slow in communication. Even Novus main office couldn’t get hold of them quickly or get a response back. The good thing though they get the job done.

s.Urgent job as I had already had sold the car when the windscreen broke whilst parked. I had been turned away from Smith & Smith as they suspected rust and it was going to be a mission coordinating with a panel beater. Novus really went the extra mile to fit the job in. They were able to prime the affected area themselves as it wasn't that bad but had a panel beater sorted if they were needed. They even fitted a larger seal so any defects were concealed. Love your work
