They gave me a reasonable quote but couldn't fix my window as I was missing a seal. Didn't give me any alternate ways to get it fixed and I had to source a second hand widow with a seal from a wreckers.
Once I had the window they replaced it for me for a reasonable price.

P.My car failed a WOF yesterday because of a chip on my windscreen. I wanted to get it sorted straight away so I initially went to a different windscreen repairer and asked if they could fix it. They couldn't do it yesterday and said they would have to ring me back to book it in later in the week. I live out of town and have a really busy couple of weeks ahead so I didn't want the hassle of going back just to get this job done. I decided to try Pukekohe Windscreens and they were brilliant! Sean looked at it straight away and said he could fit it in on the spot (even though I could see they had a lot of other jobs in the workshop). The lady in the office (Lisa?) was very friendly and helpful and within half an hour the job was done. The chip is now invisible and I got the WOF. Excellent service and all done with a very friendly manner. Thanks and well done! I shall certainly be back if I ever need to.
