S.After a chip turned into a massive line, I was stressed to hear quotes from competitors are $700+ after countless calls this company was 50% cheaper I called at 8am the crew were at my house at 12. I don't write reviews but this company deserve recognition.. amazing staff, prompt service and best price in Auckland 100% recommend!!! Thank you so much
J.I never bother writing reviews, but after shattering my back windscreen I rang around looking for quotes, the more companies I spoke too the more hopeless things became, all the major companies quoted over $1000 with smith and smith quoting &1600 just when things looked bleak I rang mobile windscreen repair and was quoted 70% cheaper than smith & smith. Not only did they also come to my house, they also came within 24hours and the job was completed quickly. I couldn’t believe it with rising inflation and cost of living here is a company that is looking after fellow kiwis and instead overcharging simply for profit.. well done mobile windscreen repair!! if more companies took this approach image how better the nz economy would be.. A+++++

P.On request Lincon and Mike they came at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and fixed my wind screen with in. 20 minutes in a very professional way They charged me half of what I was quoted by other specialist in Auckland.would highly recommend them they are amazing.

A.Tried other companies recommended by my insurance company but was told my windscreen would take a week to get in & install. Tried these guys and they had my one on hand. Communication was great and repair was done fast and professionally. From first contact to having my windscreen repaired was all done within a hour and a half. Will not hesitate to use them again. J.I had been to smith and smith.. got rebooked because the admin people “incorrectly assigned” wrong molds. Made a booking with AA.. same thing happened and the repairer said they’ll call me back to reprice and rebook. I called these fellas and they came next day to my location and fixed it quickly with a flawless fitting. Would definitely recommend and will be sending family and friends here as well!

Jay knew more about the windscreen & likely scenarios for repair than others I phoned & did not go over the worst case scenario several times in a dreadful voice like the other people I called, (the worst case scenario was not even a problem & had it been Jay had a much more straight forward response & plan for it).
Great communication & so fast, with a professional tidy repair! :) His focus was to get the car repaired so we could use it (for moving house) & it was all done in under an hour!

A.These guys are the best in the business! I was having trouble booking an appointment with a glass repairer as all the other companies were either fully booked for a week or they didn't have the right glass for my car. They were not ready to book an appointment after hours. So I gave these guys a call at around 6 pm and they were ready to fix the glass the next morning. My car was at a towing yard as it wasn't safe to drive. To add to my problems, the towing people were awfully annoying and my glass repairer, Jay, had to make a total of 4 trips in three days to get the windows fixed (which in fact should take only an hour)! But he was very determined and cooperative to get the job done asap. Cheers to Jay and his team to go over and beyond to provide great customer service!
