Give them top marks. Got stone chip in our motorhome front windscreen while en route south from Auckland. Despite being busy they attended to the repair immediately and it wasn't an easy fix. They sorted the payment through our insurance company and sent us on our way. Many thanks to them.

Got a chip in a really awkward place on my windscreen. Technician explained all the risks and how it might not work then did an absolutely perfect job of the repair. Could not be happier.

The young lady was so helpful and very kind. Just disappointed that I can't have a courtesy car next week when my car is in for a few hours.

Great company easy to deal with and efficient

We had an appointment to get our windshield replaced, but as soon as one of the mechanics started on our windshield, he noticed there was rust along the top of the windshield. He called us immediately to discuss our next steps. When we came in to pick up the car, all the staff were extremely friendly, answered all our questions and gave us some recommendations on what to do moving forward with the car. Great service!

What lovely people to deal with at GB Glass. I had my windscreen replaced quickly and efficiently. Top class organisation. As I had no car for a short while, Amy kindly picked me up and dropped me off. Nothing was too much trouble. Really friendly, nice people.

Fabulous service, Novus went out of their way to help get a genuine Mercedes Benz windscreen fitted instead of an aftermarket one. Would highly recommend. Great workmanship on the install also! AAA+++

I claimed my windscreen chip with AA Insurance who put me onto Smith & Smith. What a failure that was. Couldn't fix it for 10 days. I rang Novus Taupo direct and arranged for my chip to be done. They had it fixed within 2 hours. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

The team at GB Glass recently retro fitted double glazing and added security stays onto a number of windows in my property. Great service from all the staff - a quick quote, great communication, friendly and efficient while on site and provided useful ideas on the fitting of the stays. Will definitely use again when I make further updates to the property. Cheers!!

Walked into the shop the lady's were very friendly and so helpful they called my insurance company for me went in the next morning to get it fixed within 30min job completed technicians very friendly as well well done awesome customer service

I Went to get my windscreen chip repaired but due to where the chip was I was advised to get the whole screen replaced. It was measured up and ordered in no time and had it replaced within the week. I was offered a pick up and drop off service as I wouldnt have my car. What great customer service, always going above and beyond to help out their customers and making sure it all goes smoothly. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any repairs done.

I have used GB Glass a few times now for various things fixed or installed throughout my home. Yesterday was was latest when they installed a shower dome and fixed my crooked front door. I was very impressed with the 2 chaps who came. How dedicated they were to the task in hand. How quickly thery worked and kept me informed with what they were doing. I had a windscreen chip repaired by Jenny yesterday, she was very friendly and made an excellent job and very quick. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Service. Have used these guys to replace my car windscreen, replace the rubbers in an aluminium window, replace the mohair/seals in our aluminum sliding doors and fix a window the kids smashed. Would highly recommend

There's people are very good at what they do we always use their services.

They had to cut glass bricks to repair a sculpture that had been damaged, this was an exacting task, and was done to a high standard. We were very happy with the service and the finished result.

Great customer service from the reception team. Less than 4 hours after inquiring the mobile technician Jenny come to my work to repair two cracks in my windscreen, she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job, efficient, professional and even cleaned my window afterwards. I felt she took great care in protecting my new vehicle, by laying down a towel in the area she was working in and using gloves. I Would highly recommend. A+++ Service
