Very friendly worker who explained me good what he is doing and how it works.
Sadly I forgot his name, but his work look very professional, every grab hits perfectly and it was obvious that he knows what he's doing.
I am very happy with the speed he worked and the kind of passion I've seen in him.
The price was correct, I was expecting to pay more, because it is the first time I needed a window to be fixed.
So I give 5 stars because :
- worker professional and good educated knowledge
-fast in time
-price was very good
-uncomplicated appointment via phone.

s.Always good service. Have used for multiple cat doors at multiple properties. Only small jobs for them, but always great response time, quotes immediately and technicians are polite and skilled. Take pride and dont leave a mess like some other glass firms! And they call before they turn up,which is awesome.

The staff member who I first called was very helpful from the get go on the phone. The installer was great with communication as I just left a key out and left them to it - he called me before arriving, during and after. They did a great job and I would definitely use Tauranga Glass again.
