They were accomodating in scheduling arrangements, were great with communications, on time, clean, tidy & professional. Their pricing was highly competitive. I can't recommend them highly enough.

m.I can not recommend these guys enough. We have used them for a variety of jobs and wouldn’t look elsewhere. Communication and quality of work really set them apart. The finish is just so tidy and crisp. They are really generous with their craftsmanship. We needed to source a small piece of coloured glass and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Really affordable too.

During Level 3 Covid-19 the team turned up with all the gear on to protect themselves, were extremely professional, the actual replacement of the window was quick and seamless. N.Best 'Trade' company I have dealt with in 17 years of being in New Zealand. Answered all my upfront questions, were on-time both for measure and quote and the installation (which is pretty much unheard of), polite and tidied up after themselves, not that any mess was even made. J.James and his team installed a couple of glass doors for us ns well as fitting some (heavy!) triple glazed units into our PVC joinery for our new home.
We initially got them on board through the normal three quote process but found them very professional, friendly and flexible so we got them to also install mirror, splashback and more.
B.I phoned James to book in some work but he was unable to fit it in immediately - which is what I needed. Nevertheless he was amazing with his communication and ability to try and make things work. I am disappointed we needed things done so quickly because James deserves all the business he can get.
