M.Incredible service from start to finish, a very impressive operation. They managed to get the new windscreen in overnight despite shortages over the holiday period, then came to our home to replace it the following day. They booked us into the service centre for recalibration later that afternoon and they made the insurance piece super easy. Highly recommend!

The best customer service I have had since I moved to New Zealand. My brand new Mitsubishi ASX with less than 3km got the windscreen replaced, and the care taken to keep clean and perfect like a brand new car is simply brilliant.
A.After a personal mishap, I was left with a windscreen that had a huge star in it. Unable to be repaired and unable to be warranted. On line, I requested a few quotes for replacement. R.I called Chipped and they offered to visit our office the same day! Jade arrived the next day (when the car was back) and fixed two windscreen chips on two of our four company vehicles. She was great. The car we thought needed work was fine but we asked her to check the fleet and sure enough two needed a bit of work. On time, excellent rate and friendly service. L.What a great alternative to the big companies who make you wait a week or two for a booking and expect you to drive to them. Jade came and looked at our chips same day, prescribed replacement, and she and Hayden came up 2 days later to do the job at our house. Lovely people to deal with. Fast, professional. I made an enquiry for a windscreen replacement quote and wait time for the work to be done, she gave me a call back nearly immediately with a very good price and a wait time of only two days. Even better they can come to your house to complete the replacement or repair which worked perfectly for me, no additional costs!
They completed the job with no hassle and very professional (put cones out to warn anyone of danger which i think was a great). Once the windscreen was out they found a small amount of surface rust and brought me outside to show me and did a repair on the spots of rust. Another touch i think that makes them stand out as one of the best around.
I had to leave my house early to go to a meeting, and they weren’t quite finished the job but I felt very comfortable to leave them alone to finish the job, Definitely someone to trust also.They were happy for me to pay cash before I left and once I returned home the job was done and to a great standard.
Will be recommending to others and will be using you again if I need any glass repairs.

H.Although they didn’t actually get to repair my windscreen in the end everything about the experience was great. The upfront communication was super nice and uncomplicated, they came over the same day - and then pointed out that the chip had already been previously repaired. (I bought the car quite recently) they didn’t invoice the time spent for this either. If I do need a chip repair I will for sure contact them again! :)
