E.Great service, super speedy & so easy to deal with. Had such an awful experience at Smith & Smith in Lower Hutt (went in there to just book an appointment & they were rude accusing me of parking inconveniently when all I did was pull up to their garage). So went to these guys (Novus) instead and wow what a difference. Highly recommend these guys. Novus we’re great! Welcoming, accomodating, and booked me right in to the next appointment post ordering the glass. Was done promptly to in these covid times 🙌🏼 Thanks guys!
L.Awesome service. Popped in to see if they could fix my chip expecting to get booked in for later in the week but they were able to repair right then & there. They even took care of contacting the insurance. I'm sure it was all done in less than 30mins. Highly recommend.

Had been waiting 6 months for another provider to fix leak in front windscreen, but dealing with Matt and Ash at Novus Petone they had it done within a week and a half, just in time for Xmas
They went above and beyond to organise the sealing of cracked joins with August panelbeaters and made the experience as seamless as possible.
Excellent customer service and communication, easy to deal with and friendly.
Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

J.The car got a bad windscreen chip. We took it to Novus Glass and within 20 minutes they had it repaired to WOF standard. The receptionist was knowledgeable, cheerful and confident, and gave us a full report. I would definitely always use this glass repair business as my first choice.

E.3rd time we have been to Novus (Petone) for windscreen replacements, and once (Rotorua) for a chip repair, which another company said id have to replace the whole windscreen. I could not recommend them more highly. they always manage to fit us in within a couple of days, perfect and fast service every time. Lovely friendly staff, who go the extra mile. Great prices also.
We will be back, not that we plan to have any broken windscreens, but Novus will always be our go to!

P.The team at Novus Glass Petone are exceptional. The service and the job was of high quality. I have a bmw and they are not easy to fit windscreens (let alone everything else). They noticed that a wrong seal was used on the old windscreen and took the time to show me what they did and how they used the correct seal. Ash is a real asset. Great work team.
