S.Drove straight in, had the glass repaired in 45 minutes and no charge. I expected to pay but ladies said they could claim a chip on insurance, even though we had no windscreen cover. Awesome service from start to finish and lovely people to deal with. Will definitely go there again.
T.Amazing! My car has been leaking, they pulled it apart and located the source of the leak, re-sealed the area and then advised me how to get the rest of the leaks fixed. Brilliant, didn't even know they had this service.

S.Getting scratches out of perspex Windows? Read on the web to start with p800 paper and then polish with 1200 grit.....What a mess! Could hardly see out the window. A search online and novus sells a polish. Popped into Whangarei and really helpful people but didn't think this stuff would work. Now, the window looks NEW!

D.Couldn't have been simpler. Got a windscreen chip coming back from Auckland, took the car in for it to be fixed. Waited maybe 20 minutes and drove away job done. It did help that I have windscreen insurance from State which eased the paying/paperwork hugely but a quick pleasant experience getting my first chip fixed after 40 years driving.

H.Highly reccomend novus whangarei, just left there after our drivers window was smashed by someone throwing something at it on the highway. They answered the phone quick, put a cover on it as it was pouring down with rain and helped us call our insurance company and get us booked in with a novus closer to where we live.
