I popped into the shop in Whangarei for some advice regarding one of my windows coming loose and a botch repair job that I did to get it through my trip. These guys were great, they had a look at the window straight away; didn't mock my useless fix-it job, offered an immediate solution and a likely long term outcome. Couldn't have asked for more. Not my day. Courteous representative happy to chat, but it appears Smith & Smith, Whangarei seem to not have modern, fast windscreen patch repair techniques/equipment. The time frame suggested was triple that I'd experienced for similar repairs elsewhere previously.
