I have been a customer here for years (lost count) and I always get a good service. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The service this time was super quick so I could get back to work sooner which was great. I was called to advise how the service was going and what needed doing including costs so I could make an informed decision. And they contact me every year to book which makes my life so much easier. I will be back!

Did a great job on fixing my truck. Finally got that approved WOF nd my trucks safe to travel abroad...thank you guys n gals...your all awesome 👌

Would be good to have more detail on the diagnostic test eg: anything in near future need replacement or by next service that spark plugs, fuel line etc. Other wise Gold service only took less than 2 hrs. Receptionist and staff are friendly.

I have been a customer for many years and this review is long overdue. Over the years I have utilize AA Auto for mostly small jobs such as car services, W.O.F and the odd job here and there. Recently I had some big jobs done and although it did take longer than we both anticipated. These guys were amazing from start to finish. They don't normally have courtesy vehicles on hand (something I was aware of prior to making a booking) but they did source one for me, and for that I am very grateful. They stand by their work, and are quick to remedy any issues that arise, and are not too proud to admit defeat and source assistance from another garage. After all, they are simply doing what's in the best interest of their customers and I respect that. In terms of cost, I think they are worth every cent. You want the best, then you need to pay for the best!! Trust me when I say, these guys won't give up until all parties are happy. A massive thanks to Dan and the rest of the lads (sorry too many names to remember) and to the lovely Miss Rose. My car purrs like a kitten now, I have a fresh WOF and the issue with the lights is fixed... #WINNING

1st time using AA auto centre services, my mother and I are so happy!! Mum went in yesterday and her car was all fixed up same day, she was super distressed so was great full for the fast thorough service provided, great customer service and helpful friendly staff. She then took mine in today while I was at work and was able to get my car wof & bronze service done with the same thorough & fast results. My car feels great to drive and breaks are no longer squeaky. Really appreciate your work!! Thank you, will see you in the next 6 months for our next service. Highly recommend

Good and prompt service, I would definitely recommend over other places. Does a through job. Tells you what needs repairing and how much it will cost.

All the staff were friendly. I feel like I had an honest assessment and repair of my vehicle. It did take a bit of planning and everything was contactless under lockdown. I'll definitely make this my regular service centre

Extremely pleased with the work done and service received. Car serviced and engine fixed & came back to us cleaned! Customer service was excellent. Would definitely use again and can highly recommend.

I've being using AA Auto Centre Henderson for several years now, and their service is very good. The receptionists are always welcoming and the job is carried out fast. My only negative comment would be the pricing, it is always been high and I wish they would give a bit more discount to longtime members and customers. But I keep going there, so this must be a sign of the fact that I'm happy with them :)

Average, no good nor bad. Came for 10points check . Willl not come for other machanic works though. There are so many good quality competitors on the market.

Quick good service provided and good facilities when you are waiting for your vehicle. I found the mechanics were experienced and had very good depth of knowledge about my car and the problem I was facing. I can see why they were awarded the best service station 2016

Thank you to the receptionist, as for the guys out back.. neh.. Half pai done grease on tyres and if questions are asked about the vehicle, you at the back should reply to them instead of leaving it to the lovely lady at the desk! I missed out on the oil filter change as was not told about it.. Yes I know now that there was an extra charge for it but wow would be good to know about it than overhear a customer that was there mention it! Anyway your receptionist was all over great and that's all I can say!

We have been using the services of AA Henderson for many years for all our business vehicles. The people are friendly and helpful, work is of a high standard and excellent communication. Would highly recommend AA Henderson to all.

We recently had brake pads fitted to our Axela at AA Henderson but they continued to make a noise when we complained they said bring the car back and we will fix which they did do by replaced the disc pads a second time and at no charge they were most helpful and obliging and we can only say we are very satisfied and can recommend AA Henderson

Excellent service here I took my car in for a silver service the receptionist was friendly, mechanics helpful I was kept informed and quoted for stuff that needed replacing first really impressed here thank you Chris for your outstanding service you went over and above AA should be proud of their staff I will definitely recommend coming here keep up the good work team I’ll be back for next service 😊

Gave my car for a service and the team has done a good job I can give 5 star rating for that but Lady at the reception just needs to know how to behave with the customers. She was soo rude and needs to learn some manners.

Very informative, good service. Called in yesterday 11th with the engine fault light on, the guy in the office shot out and checked it with the computer, and soughted it in 5min. Great service thank you. Rob J.

Courteus staff and upfront. The high light was that they didn't make me spend unnecessarily which is what the other workshops tend to do. I will definitely recommend them.

I have done my BMWservice with AA centre.was cheaper and staff was friendly along with very good customer service of front desk lady.

Was unclear on amount I had to pay, phoned saying one amount but not the total ended up paying $450 more than I thought, just need to quote whole price not just for the separate jobs.
