Overall good and reasonable experiences so far. Been going to this particular service centre since COVID hit as I've been working from home and this is within walking distance to my home. Services rendered... Radiator repair + Water pump repair. Service + WoF Mechanics friendly. People manning the reception have been friendly. Staff each time have taken the effort to explain things in lay mans terms. Nothing reasonable to fault. Only thing may be was the phone system for a period would spontaneously cut out mid conversation, however, looks like this has since been addressed (didn't occur last time) Pricing appears to be reasonable when compared to other reputable mechanics. Open on Saturday Mornings. Plan to continue using this service centre.

No BS experience and very courteous and professional. You get texts and calls to tell you when to collect your car. All staff are friendly. They have no issue with my old Euro either. Pre-covid they did a stellar job fitting me in just so I wasn't car-less for school collection time and picked me up from my home around the corner. Price is very reasonable.

We have been using AA Lunn Ave for the last four years and have never been disappointed with the service and quality of work provided.

Got WOF done in under an hour which was good enough to me as Toyota made me wait 5hrs. A little cheaper than the dealership because I am an AA member; however, they don't do courtesy car wash and interior clean afterwards which was 1 thing I liked about taking the car to the dealership for WOF and servicing.. not that they did a great job with the exterior carwash but .. better than nothing. Maybe the staff should make sure they have clean shoes before stepping into our cars? There were bits of debris on the mat on the drivers side of my car.. exterior was also a bit dirty after the WOF.

Thank you AA Lunn Ave for going the extra mile. Excellent all round service. You accommodated us by doing a WOF check on the spot when you heard our circumstances, after you had cleared the window washer jets successfully and at no charge, and even though you were fully booked out for several days. You were professional and contacted us shortly after to say the job was finished when you said you would. A one stop shop, as we also got our rego. Top marks all round.

AA Lunn Avenue is far better than Panmure. Quality service. Pay more but its quality. 👍

We've had our vehicles serviced at AA lunn Ave for some years now, and have always found them to be efficient, friendly, great with explanations on what needed to be done, and what was done. They have also been very flexible and patient with me when I've changed my appointment at short notice, the service in every way is appreciated.

Staff are really "on to it". My experience here was great. I would recommend to book first. Very thorough checking on my car. AA can be pricey, my suggestion if you're a first timer, check their basic service is. Different AA centre would have different standard i.e they have bronze, silver, gold and lunn Ave basic service is silver. So ask first. Waiting room is clean and air conditioned though maybe more chair is required. Toilet is clean but if you have a baby there's no changing table in the toilet which is a shame.

Great service, polite and friendly. Only took 15 minutes to put in a new headlight bulb. Reasonable cost.

I don't often write reviews. Mostly when service sucks. But twice I have taken cars here and both times they have gone out of their way to make sure the final cost is less than their original quote. They clearly care about their customers cars and their customers wallets. They always keep you informed about what they are doing and for the first time in my life I don't feel like a mechanic is ripping me off because I have only a small idea of what is wrong with my car. This sounds like it was written by them, but it wasn't. Thanks girls and guys.

I have been using AA Lunn Ave for several years now and I only had positive experience with each service. Sally the manager is doing a great job and makes sure you will get a satisfactory outcome. I highly recommend her and her team.

Great service n friendly team. Took good care of my car

Called to book a service and they had an appointment free later that day. The service was completed much faster than I thought it would be, and they called to ask before replacing anything or completing any further work. Really efficient and easy, I'll be coming back here.

Ummm cost me a lot of money in the end..I was fine for paying for what needed to be fixed, however, without knowledge they had done something to my fuel line which leaked and cost me more than it should have for my trip north. That was the bummer otherwise work and price for required fixing was actually awesome!!!

Had both my cars serviced recently, friendly staff (Erica) at reception and mechanic explained work needed to be done and time to do it in order to pass wof. Would recommend.

Nice people but this business seems eager to find problems that need repairs. Yes, that's their job. But it's also their business. I don't think I'll take my car there again.
