Although the wait and line was long, service from the ladies at front desk today 06/01/2022 was awesome 👌. And the men checking WOF were awesome too, I had my kids with me (who are autistic and impatient lol). But yall bomb as, thank you.

Great service and customer service were very professional and helpful. My only gripe is that their waiting area outside (red light restriction) could be improved. They need to install a marquee for customers to wait in due to the sun can be overwhelming for some especially the elderly.

I just want to shout a massive thank you to the Mt Roskill team for assisting my fiancé. She had been scammed pretty bad by a car dealership who almost got away with selling her a car in poor condition. The team were able to provide a diagnostic report on the car which she took back to the dealership and got a refund. The dealerships mechanic had told her all was well and that the car had been fixed. The salesman at the dealership also reinforced this. At first glance it appeared that way but then we noticed the noises it started making a few days in and knew something was wrong… The team at AA Mt Roskill spotted several seriously concerning issues with the car which could’ve caused a serious accident and not to mention very expensive repairs. They also noticed other smaller things (but not so small as they weren’t mentioned at sale!) like rust through the entire undercarriage, an oil leak and a damaged radiator. All avoided thanks to AA. Trustworthy bunch at AA and damn fine service. I don’t know what prices are like compared to other places but at least you can trust them and that’s all I care about. Thank you! 🙌

I went there to renew my driving licence. The service was great. I'd say if you are to renew licence, be mindful of sun burn, as the queue/line is in the sun (there is no shading area).

I was given 2 different WOF comments to fix :one is for worn out front tyre and the hood screws.. I did both when I returned my car to get my sticker a new comment was given to my tyre saying I have 2 different tyre size.. The mechanic told me i Just need to buy another tyre.. Which costed me more....

Very busy place. Went for a WOF which took a bit of time. The person who took our car through was a bit curt which was unnecessary. Also in previous times they have always scraped the old wof off the windscreen leaving it nice and clean but not this time. I had to scrape a lot of remainder off before I was satisfied enough to attach the new warrant

Came here to change my name on my license. Had to get some documents approved so ended up coming twice. The staff were very polite and helpful both times. They have efficient systems in place for the licensing and auto centre. Be prepared for a bit of a wait for licensing but they have places to sit inside.

Good customer service. But if they can manage the signs a bit better, it will help people to know which queue to join! Centre does almost everything including international driving permit and can sort it out on the spot. They have lost license replacement too

Went in today on a Saturday, their busiest day, and was able to get a learners theory test booked for within an hour of arriving off the street. Note there is only one electronic theory console for testing, so you should expect a wait if you haven't booked. While there was somewhat of a disarray in customers moving about in the office, but the desks were each labelled with their individual departments, and staff worked efficiently, having ample assistance from a duty manager or similar, helping the part time staff member to keep processing customers. Office staff were friendly and all went smoothly, great service and a great team, thank you.

Really great team here. Brought my car in for a brake check after being given the round around by Pitstop. These guys were fantastic in checking all possibilities and figuring out it was a brake line that needed bleeding. They were honest and up front about everything and that it could take a few days to monitor and review. I was really pleased with their efforts and recommend these guys to everyone.

Went there to get a warrant on my car. It failed because both back tires were bulging. I went straight away to have new tires fitted and went back to a recheck within an hour. The guy who rechecked my car asked me twice if I had fitted my front tires to my back tires - it would have been helpful if he explained why he asked me the question. I have since learnt that when new tires are fitted the better tires should always be at the front for a front wheel drive!!

Great place to get a wof done straight away. Just join queue and wait. Be warned. If you have 1 thing wrong like a bulb they will fail your car. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I went here for a pre purchase inspection and to add some licence endorsements. It is quite a busy AA and so you may have to wait in line a bit but the staff were professional and friendly and the vehicle inspection was well explained and completed in about 60mins vs the 90mins quoted so I didn't have to wait as long.

Some times it can come down to an individual mechanic or as they are like to say technician, and far enough the top half of the modern vehicle is more computerised.😂 the guy who worked on my car [youngish guy with specs], saved me around $2000 by not accepting having to replace a whole unit when two bolts solved the problem. Yes itsy not have worked, but he tried and it did. IIL BE BACK.😂😂. Great service.

For wof purposes: Although high used service, my experiences, met with very good timely operations. Inspectors, who offered useful information. For all other purposes....OMG frustrating at the least!!! though maybe due more to nzta pedantic processes than customer service, I found the ladies, very qualified and skillfully adept at remaining neutral yet informative, during high emotive, less than happy customer exchanges...you can feel the tension in the atmospheric air lol.x

Gone for a COF and on 3 different occasions was told Power steering leaking took to MY mechanic rechecked found out was not power steering. It was leaking elsewhere and running down along power steering pipe. HAD to pay MY mechanic 3 times just to check out AA's muckup. Bought another car in November from cardealer. CAR IMPORTED in October AA said Steering rack leaking. Took to another Testing station PASSED Went back to AA showed them. ONLY then they passed
