D.My personal experience is 5 ⭐ rating beginning with the telephone enquiry which she explained patiently and clearly.
As I arrived i was greeted with what was going to happen and approximately when my service would be completed.
No hassles and offered other services they had on offer.
A lot of work was required and professionally executed.
L.Had my car serviced and WOF check. Excellent service from the receptionist and mechanics. Exceeded my expectations as the car was ready in half the time I expected- and the mechanic ran through all the checks done with me. Highly recommend
J.Great communication from the manager, mechanic and the receptionist today (14/02). Every piece of information was definitely made sure it was conveyed to me on what needed to be fixed, how much it cost et cetera.

B.One appointment was unfortunately forgotten but then when it worked out the guys fitted my new windscreen wiper that had been vandalised. A big thank you for that.
Q.Convenient, efficient nice and easy branch. Friendly professional staff, and great parking space. Located in the vicinity of the Lynmore shopping centre at the north end side... A few short steps from the main Countdown entrance.

T.Went in on the first day of level 3 for a WOF. Friendly staff and super great service considering we were under Level 3 restrictions.
P.Just did my car service on Saturday. The service is great and on time. I only waited for 1 hour for Platinum service + Engine Plush. Do note that you have to book an appointment in advance even for wof (mine is a week in advance) Will definitely do it here next service.
J.Great auto service. They call you about issues in the car and ask if you want it done before proceeding. Also informs you what should be done in the next few months and until your next service or WOF. A great experience even at L2.
T.Wish I went to them earlier. Best AA only down is the carpark
M.Deciding on which level service - gold silver or bronze became almost the biggest challenge - and obtaining some bonuses by making the booking online.
Checking the car in for WOF and service was also straightforward and easy. Finding a spot to park was a minor challenge.
And when I went to do my wheel rotation 6 weeks later the front wheel nuts were little more than finger tight, whereas rear wheel nuts had clearly been finished with 120+ft.lbs (or jack hammered for 2 minutes).
Friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable reception team members. My vehicle runs much more efficiently and well thanks to some great service team member too.
V.Took a couple of goes to figure out what was wrong with my car and in the end I had to go somewhere else get my car sorted as per their advice but the service was great throughout.
V.Great service, advised of additional work needed but not pushy as to if or when it gets done. Not awkward about prior servicing my hubby did rather than pay them to do it. All around good experience.
C.Went in to service my Audi had a good experience with these bunch! Kelsey at the front desk was awesome. Staff were friendly and very helpful with my decision making process and quite knowledgeble about what my car needed and didnt. Looking forward to seeing you guys next service date :) THANK YOU!

a.It’s located at outside of Lynn mall .They have 4 counters and staff they are welcoming and helpful too.they have seating for waiting people too
