Booked in for silver service. The girl at reception was so efficient and friendly, listened to everything I said and followed through all instructions. Car was beautifully clean inside and I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Wow, I cannot get over this place and the staff. From the receptionist, to the mechanics, the customer service is second to none, and by far the best I’ve been to for my car. An honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanic?? It’s no longer a myth. It exists at this place. I’ll be doing all my cars servicing and work at AA Newmarket from now on. Congrats guys, you’ve set the bar very high

I have been to many mechanics in Auckland over the years, but I keep going back to AA Newmarket. They have consistently been ethical, professional and communicated clearly. I never feel over-charged. I can't really ask for more from a business.

Have used AA New Market for all our family cars. Highly rate them as professionals. They do a great job and also are very friendly and welcoming. A great team here! Jamie was great to communicate and deal with from the get go. The mechanics and manager always do a deliver with quality on their work.

Puncture repair, WoF and vehicle servicing. As per my previous experiences, I found AA Auto Centre Newmarket to be efficient and convenient. The staff were friendly, there was good communication throughout the day, the vehicle was ready on time and a fair price was charged. No complaints.

Excellent service - I booked car in for a bronze service got to aa centre early mechanics completed service on my car in for me extra to be done a new battery needed which they fitted for me as well. Service was good. Good to see one of mechanics multi tasking doing reception as they were looking for a new receptionist..

Amazing service. So hard to find reliable, honest mechanics now days but AA Newmarket has consistently excelled with their work and customer service. Always a pleasure to bring my car here.

The repairs on my car were done at a great rate. They told me that some work I asked them to do (because Mercedes had told me it needed doing) didn't need doing. They did a great job and I will be going back. Thanks guys.

Raj the Manager is a superstar mechanic and our vehicles have tested his expertise. He is a great communicator, trustworthy and goes the extra mile to give great customer satisfaction. This centre provides a quality service in a prompt and efficient manner.

Correction on my previous review. I did have a less than good experience when doing my service last week. But need to make a correction. It was my mistake, I wasn't charged $59 for an engine flush, it was actually $15.90. It was loud in the shop and maybe I didn't hear properly. Secondly, the manager made a point to call me and explain what happened. Firstly he apologized (great start!) He wasn't arrogant or defensive, rather he took time to talk through the issues 1 by 1. He even offered me a discount on my service. Sometime things don't go right, but this manager did the right thing. Thanks, I will be back to see you guys next time around.

Got wof and battery replaced in level 3. Gave the car back within an hour 👍

Have read a lot of negative comments about this service centre. But I had a good experience giving my car for service and wof here. I booked in for a gold service for VW golf and I received a call back from them after dropping the car, about fuel filter replacement and brake fluid needs refills, which was mentioned to me in the previous service by VW. Passed wof without any issues. No dramas and even got the car cleaned. The car runs smoothly after the service and I can feel the difference straight away getting out from the service centre. Thanks guys for the awesome work 👍

I bought a $99 silver service voucher from Grab One. It was very easy to get to and the entire staff, from Dayna in reception to the mechanics in the workshop were all customer focused. I am very happy to recommend AA Newmarket.

Wanted to replace starter motor brushes but the branch manager at AA Newmarket called me and explained the pro's and cons of brushes versus a new motor. I appreciated his call and his expertise. New starter motor works well.

I booked in for a replacement engine mount , which I needed for a WOF at another AA Centre . The WOF inspector doing the recheck told me Newmarket had positioned the power steering fluid container incorrectly after fitting the engine mount , so it rubbed against the fan belt . The WOF inspector put it right himself . I know he wasn't supposed to , but I was grateful not to have to waste time taking it back to Newmarket .

I haven't been very happy with this company. There is always something extra, unexpected and expensive when having ones car serviced and getting warrant.
