M.Best receptionist ever. Friendly crew! Always have a good laugh with all staff. Very down to earth and they always take care of me :)
V.I had a very good experience, got my car serviced. The receptionist is sweet and explained very well. The mechanic explained the changes, altogether very happy with their service. Recommend this place.

D.Really happy after a negative AA experience elsewhere. Dayna is pleasant and efficient at reception. I took a nice stroll around the Panmure Basin during the WOF which was completed and passed in less than an hour. The complementary pad (pictured) was a nice touch.
j.Not so good. Better go to other place. Paid $350 for a service and they did not even drive test as per their service list to detect my transmission shudder (main issue). Did not bother to check transmission fluid. Did not bother to locate where minor oil leak from. Returned my car with loose almost falling bolts. I can go on and on. But nevermind. I'll just go back to other service centre.
Update:
-I have my faith restored with AA Panmure when Chade followed up my concerns and offered me a recheck in my prepared AA location for free. I really appreciate this gesture as it shows they care & look after their customer well even after service and making sure they are satisfied. My car was not fixed but atleast it was diagnosed properly this time and pvovided clear explanation plus qoutes on services needed. Very kind staff and mechanics of AA. Thanks

K.Fantastic experience with AA Panmure every time! We've taken both of our cars here for service and WOF, and they are always very informative and helpful. They make sure to call and explain what needs to be done (and advise how much it will cost) before carrying it out. Lovely customer service as well, and they've always been prompt & on time. B.On the day of my WOF booking, I was greeted warmly, was sent a text notification when the job was complete, paperwork was well presented and payment was easy. Thank you to the two lovely staff members that I interacted with. Very pleasant.
J.Dropped my car off for assessment after an accident. Staff were friendly and the assessment was done in good time. Got me a taxi home and then my insurance money was in my account the same day. Really swift and easy process.
