A.From start to finish this experience was bliss! Stress free and efficient, really chuffed, and they gave me the nicest ever rental car that was a dream to drive (tbh was sad to get my car back haha!)
J.Personal experience with the team here today was awesome. Both the gentleman that greeted me and the technical assessor Lee were professional and the service provided was really pragmatic.
What I thought was a big job that required repair/new part was addressed on the spot by Lee and his teammate, saving me the need for a claim all together!
Obviously everyone's experience would be different, and the issue with my vehicle was more cosmetic; but based on my interaction with the guys today I would highly recommend them.

j.Amazing experience dealing with a claim after another vehicle drove into me. The customer service agents were calm & helpful & very caring & empathetic. There first questions were checking that I & my passengers were OK. The rest of the process was easy & explained clearly to me. Later calls were dealt with quickly & without issue. Very impressed!
M.When my car was rear ended at the lights, these guys sorted it for me!
As I have comprehensive insurance, I got a 2017 suzuki swift rental car covered by my policy while the repairs were underway.
These were on site so it was very convenient and I could just carry on with my life as normal. They kept me informed about the repair process timeline and when I got my car back, not only were all the damaged parts and panels replaced but the interior had been cleaned and the outside washed!!!
All the repairs have a lifetime warranty and I was given a copy of the job sheet from the repairers

R.My son took his Toyota Surf here for repairs on a Tuesday as a result of me having a crash in it.
They advised they couldnt provide a Courtesy car until the Friday of the same week but didn't even bother providing one for the whole two weeks they had his truck.
Before we took it in I had filled the tank over the Full mark with diesel and upon pickup, they'd used more than a quarter tank of diesel. To utilise that much diesel, they wouldve had to drive it on a two hour non-stop trip which goes to show how much they'd driven it. Should've taken the mileage reading.
I told him to go back and complain or i would, he said no to leave it.
I think it's because it's the outlet (Franchise?) as I've never experienced this from AA as my own Insurer but you can bet i won't take my own vehicle here for an insurance claim.

N.AA Insurance are the most helpful insurance company I have ever had to deal with. I would never change, not even for someone cheaper, and they seem to compare well on price anyway.
I.The staff were very friendly, my car is fixed, I had to pay my excess up front, but the dissapointing part is that my accident was a hit and run which I got the number plate of the other car, I have given to the police and AA insurance company, which happened over 3 months ago, and to this day I have not heard back regarding either of them finding this asehole who hit my car. I am very disappointed with the whole system!! He's driving around Scot-free and I've had to fork out, discusting.
S.I was well looked after when my car needed to go into be repaired. I had hire car cover and that was efficiently organized. I would recommend them to any one looking for car insurance.😄

v.I am normally a guy who doesnt give reviews but being at AA resebank road I am forced to leave a review...I had a very good experience with a quality customer service...special thanks to Anton Harding , very humble guy with great personality.My car was stolen but recovered after two days with few damages and needed few days for repair so for a time being i requested for a rental car although it was not included in my policy but Anton Called me the very next day and handed me a Suzuki Swift 2016 ...I am very much thankful to you Anton...You are doin a good job mate....Best insurance company in NewZealnd.
