I've visited recently as a new customer. This is the best mechanic I've found in Auckland. Pricing is not cheap but affordable. Manager Adam and staff Jack are so kind, honest, and professional. They know what they're doing and can explain to you. You have a ball so they won't do extra services without your final call. I've learned about my car more and car maintenance. Moreover, they don't make you wait. I have so many experiences of waiting in shops even though I made an appointment. It's worth it when you think about saving your valuable time.

Adam is a great mechanic and very genuine. Been coming here for a little over two years. He shows you what's wrong with your car and quotes competively with no hidden costs. He will even advise that you call other mechanics to see if you can get a better price but you always end up coming back because you can trust his service.

This is my second time here. Extremely happy with his service goes beyond his requirements for oil and filter change. Checks everything throughly and gives a report back on faults etc. Highly recommend comming here. He's my go to mechanic.

Adam really knows his stuff. i had my Audi looked at by 2 other mechanics and they have spent countless weeks trying to figure out the problem and changing things that did not need to be changed. Adam had one look of my car and instantly knew the problem and gave me a time frame and also direct cost. if your needing your european ( or any car) serviced or looked at for any problems, go to Adam first!

Had my service done this morning and oh my gosh my car is running like a gem. Adam is just wonderful, very friendly and explains every little thing done, a very down to earth and professional guy. I am for sure going to take my car to him for anything from now on. Thanks heaps.

I am so please with the service I received here. I went initially because I had a voucher but I will definitely be making the extra 45 minute trip from where I live to here from now on. Everything was explained very well, great customer service and they were able to book me in with a days notice and not to mention my car driving as if it's brand new again!H recommend!

I brought a Groupon voucher and ended up having problems with my car (was a rather major problem) on the day of having both mine and my wifes car booked in for the Groupon service... All within a matter of hours both cars were fully serviced and my car - the one with major problems were fixed. VERY satisfied customer. Honest, friendly, thorough and meticulous.
