I had a great experience with Auto Connection. They were able to accommodate me really quickly when I started having engine issues. I am really happy with the work and my car is running perfectly now! The communication was excellent and very fast. It was also really helpful to have someone drive me to and from the train station while the repairs took place- thank you so much!

Great reliable, efficient and friendly service by the teak at Auto Connection.

Did a very good job, replacing all oils and filters and worn disc pads, smoothing disc and spark plugs (at 85K). Uses top ends oils and parts but let me know about the costs before proceeding. I was provided with a loan car. Car drives quietly and beautifully after service.

Manager there, Mr. Abhijith is very kind and helpful in arranging the flexible schedules for the service. Once the technicians do a primary inspection he take it from there by detailing the inspection report to us. Suggestions and recommendations by him are highly remarkable and informative about the whole processes. Highly Recommended automotive service.

The team at Auto Connection are the greatest people to deal with. I can't believe how fortunate I am to find such a great company. I even had the use of a fantastic courtesy car. I have been a customer since 2011. The staff has been very helpful and provided me with advise and service having me as their best interest. They have helped me with loan car few times. Purchased $99 Service and WOF package from website, was great! Very good communication, had to fix a few things here and there which they rang me about first to get my consent. gave me a heads up about other things i should look out for also. Got the work I needed done, to get my WOF...

Have seen the bad reviews for this place but decided to give it a chance and I had a great experience with them. Replaced my break pads within the hour and gave me an update on what they did etc. They have definitely changed the way they operate if the bad reviews are anything to go by. Will definitely come back here for more work when required :) thanks guys!

When all others in Penrose were to busy being busy these guys, were able to fit a wof in immediately.. Well done.. Top service very accommodating..

Had my front and rear brakepads replaced. Straight-up service. Could do better with a better waiting area but not a big deal.
