Got a WOF and a service for a very good price, they fixed up everything needed for the WOF on the day which was very handy. Extremely friendly and professional staff who took the time to explain issues and offer alternative options. I would certainly recommend them to a friend and will return in future.

Great service and prompt with my car battery replacement.. the price is also reasonable and great advise. Happy with all my visits so far .will definitely return and refer to others.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend their services. I took my car there to see if it was worth fixing after it got stolen. Unfortunately my car wasn’t worth it. But through out the process they really help me out and gave me advice. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great mechanic.

Totally amazing! I'm not a car person by any means however I cannot overstate enough, the feeling of trust I got when I first dropped my baby off to Isaac. From the initial phone call to dropping my baby off, to picking my baby up. What I got, was hardworking, honest, quality service!! Isaac is friendly, very very professional, knowledgeable and charges what he quotes which is not the exuberant amounts that I've paid previously elsewhere. Communication is key and I love that Isaac updates on condition of repairs, and that the repairs are kept within timeframes that they give. My baby feels great and I have never looked back. I had my car repaired by Isaac and team and can not emphasis enough how great their quality of service is. Isaac is easily reachable and responsive with appointments made accordingly. The service is just perfect, friendly yet professional and I got the car back in record time. They take great care of their customers (at least that is the feeling I got) and did little extras, which makes the value/service more than just fair. It is reassuring to have a mechanic you can trust!

This is the first mechanic I've been to since moving to Auckland and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I spent a good amount of time looking for a reliable and well-reviewed establishment as I had a few items I needed taken care of - The Google reviews for Isaac and his team are 100% spot on!! From my initial phone call first thing Monday morning they were incredibly polite, open to discussions, and took a good bit of time walking me through my options whilst providing thorough advice on priorities. The work was very well explained, completed as described, and within the estimated cost quoted; they even threw in a few little extras and incorporated discounts! I will certainly return!

Jeremy, was very professional and helps me with options before repairing my transmission change. They even helped with the best solution to must sure its worth fixing. They managed my WOF and repairs it asap. If things goes wrong, you surly can ask them questions they are happy to assist with no issues. Great communication and very professional. Received excellent service from Isaac and the team. Dropped off my 2005 Honda Civic for WOF and service this week, and Isaac was very thorough yet concise with his explanations over the phone on what needed fixing. Drove away the car much smoother than when I dropped it off!

I had my car serviced by Isaac today and I cannot recommend this place enough. The team are so friendly and Isaac explained everything so simply and showed me some things about my car that no other mechanic had bothered to mention before. My car feels so good to drive, the premium service is excellent value.

Top notch service at awesome prices. Isaac is the the most professional and trustworthy mechanic ever. I needed to change the battery in my Audi A3, but I have a head injury and couldn't quite do it. Isaac came to our home and sorted out a replacement at short notice for less than what a new battery cost at Repco. Super genuine and helpful. Highly recommend.

We took our little car there with brake issues from a WOF fail. Isaac was professional and very helpful. As with car repairs, sometimes things get a bit complicated with trying different solutions to find the fault. Because he had to try a few things to fix it he gave us a generous 50% discount on the additional work and kept us well informed of what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his business to anyone.

The most honest and professional mechanics I have seen in Auckland Central ! Isaac and his team are amazing. They fixed my car to perfection with a thrid of price I was quoted from another "well reviewed" mechanical workshop in Auckland central. They got the previous quote and gave me their quote accordingly via email ; this was way cheaper and again when I went there they decided to try and repair instead of replace wich saved me so much more; Literally I got my could have had car fixed with 1/3 of the price if I had taken it to Auto Mt Eden for the start. My car has got a WOF now ! I am grateful for life. They are good, honest and skillful people.

Oh my Golly, Isaac and his team are awesome. I would have given 6 stars if possible. I took my diesel van there to be serviced and they looked after her beautifully. Unfortunately, I am having problems with the DPF system (not their fault), but Isaac has taken her back in and done some more work, at the most minimum charge. I am sold on taking all my cars to Auto Services in Mt Eden and recommending them VERY HIGHLY to others. This is the first review I have ever been motivated to write. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely superb experience. Isaac's communication was clear and quick via email while the repairs were happening, he was very informative and provided good recommendations. The jobs were completed fast and it was well priced for how much work was done. Will be going back here for all my WoF's and servicing in the future.

i've been a customer at Auto Services for the past year, and completed some general maintenance, as well as a WOF at the shop. Isaac and his team are great - warm, approachable, and sincere! As a first time car owner and admittedly a bit clueless about cars, Isaac and his team took the time to explain what services they suggested, why they suggested them, as well as an honest opinion on whether these services were a "nice to have" versus needed. Communications were great, prompt and quick, with services delivered on time. I've recommended the shop to others and will continue to do so!

Had our car there for repair some weeks ago. Got an offer for the cost of repair which was very good. In the end we paid exactly what was asked and nothing more. Very fair and they did an amazing job in a very short time. Can only recommend it.

Auto Services Mt Eden provide genuine, trustworthy service and advice. I always feel treated with respect and value for money in their pricing is fantastic. Repairs are well explained and only carried out after approval. Friendly atmosphere and easy to get to shops or places for coffee around the area. Highly recommended to all.

Great place! Came for a change of squeaky belt. the mechanic had a quick look at the belts (for free) and told me they looked good and shouldn't be replaced. They had them adjusted and charged me one hour work (103$ including GST) instead of 250$ if I had to change the belts. 2 months and 4000 km later, still running good and no squeaking from the belts. Keep doing the good job guys!

I took my car to a service as I work close by. I found Issac trustworth, patience and knowledgeable so that he explains things very clearly. The price is reasonable and there is plenty of parking onsite. He also put plenty of narrative on the invoice so that you know exactly what's been done and charged for. Keep up the good work!

Super knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. We used to use GIltrap Prestige VW... but we now have someone 200% better. Highly recommended! Needed a WOF service done urgently and most of the free Slots doesnt suit me as i am working. But Issac from Autoservice Mt Eden offered to help by asking me to drop the car in the morning at the workshop before i go to work and they will get the WOF sorted out which became my life-saving.
