Took the premium service, definitely did a good job, car is definitley running quieter, a bit steep on that cabin filter though, $95 for a $35 part?? Doesn't seem right. Other than that great job, I would recommend 👌

Hands down best place to go to. Am always kept well informed and given options both low cost vs quality and clearly explained pro's and cons. Team are all friendly and customer service is brilliant. Would definitely reccomend bringing car here for services/wof/repairs

Jeremy and Matt have been looking after my family cars for years. They are the best and real professionals.

Recently had a pleasant experience at Auto Services Newmarket. My car went in needing a WOF and service. Everything was explained in detail prior to starting. The work was thorough, time efficient and great communication from the team. Overall a really good experience and I would highly recommend.

I had my WOF done and auto transmission completed today and let me tell you - the service was genuinely the BEST service I've had. Jeremy and Matthew are incredibly professional, kind and the customer service is top notch! And I do not mean that lightly. They told me exactly what was wrong with my auto transmission (OIL LEAK YIKES) and Jeremy said that 'whoever did my last auto transmission didn't do a good job because oil was leaking everywhere. The screws are on too tightly and it's leaking.' (Bear in mind that I got it replaced not too long ago by another place). Jeremy encouraged me to call the other company and ask for a compensation (AT THE VERY LEAST). Called up the other company and JEREMY WAS RIGHT!! The other company ended up paying for the whole auto transmission fix! (would've been an extra $250 - $300 if I had not called them). The team fixed everything and now my car is running smoother than ever! Also if I may add, the team was incredibly FAST and ACCURATE! 100% the best people to go to for either a QUICK WOF at $50ish dollars (BEATS VTNZ) or a great FAST YET ACCURATE auto transmission fix up. I'm so incredibly happy with the service, I will be back next year for my WOF. I 100% recommend them!! Thank you again to the beautiful team & Matthew & Jeremy!!! - Lisa at 12-12:30PM today :)

Absolutely amazing team! When I came into the reception area I was greeted by a helpful team who have a wide variety of knowledge. We had an issue with my boyfriend's, sister's car as it wasn't turning on but with the help of the wonderful mechanic by the name of Matthew who assisted us, we were able to quickly solve the issue and for a reasonable price too! Get service!! Will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs.

This is a fantastic business. Jeremy and his team are honest, straightforward and kind. Communication is very clear and they are always happy to help with outstanding workmanship. Of particular note was their efforts in getting my warrant done on the last day before we went into lockdown. I have been going to Auto Services Newmarket for about a year now. I will definitely continue to go back!!!

My car developed an issue and Jeremy was very helpful with this, he managed to source all the parts and get the job done, all in the same day. Very efficient and I also found that the price was very fair and reasonable considering how much it costs for the parts alone. Highly recommended, thanks for the excellent service mate, cars running like a dream!

I’m very pleased with my experience. Jeremy was straightforward, responded quickly to emails, and gave me a reasonable price. I also appreciate that I was treated like anyone else - as a woman I have had issues with other car shops. Highly recommend and will continue to bring my car here.

Jeremy is super knowledgeable and is a no nonsense kinda guy. He lays it all out in your language (ie I have no idea about cars but explains it all to me so well) and makes sure you're well informed before beginning the work on your vehicle. Awesome service and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I have been using this garage even before they moved premises and have been really happy with the excellent service and the standard of work done on my vehicles. They are very thorough and honest so much so that I also use them to do the car inspection on any new vehicle I am looking at purchasing. I wouldn't go anywhere else and the team are always very accommodating if I drop in without an appointment. Price is reasonable for a quality job and I can recommend this garage with a fantastic friendly team of professional mechanics.

Great service, attention to detail, these guys really care about their clients. I've been bringing my car here for number of years now, and I have never been disappointed. Jeremy is meticulous, knows what he is doing, he takes great care in his work and made sure that every car that leaves his care is safe to be on the road. If you are still looking for a workshop, look no further. These guys are second to none.

Although appears to be small they have a great team that treat all customers equally, I’ve never been treated ‘like a woman’ things have been explained clearly and options offered and when I’ve sat waiting inside to collect car I’ve heard the ‘blokes’ being spoken to the same! Always timely and reasonably priced work! When a job has been done I’ve never had any problems after. Have been coming here for about 5 years, they also accommodate my 12+working hours when it come to key exchange and bill payments.

I recently took my car here for a warrant and service, and the team were great. My car needed a number of small repairs done and they were able to do them all whilst the car was there which was very convenient. They could also recommend a panelbeater for me to get some rust looked at. The recheck was quick and easy too.

I have been bringing my vehicle here for a number of years now and will not go anywhere else. I found them to be not only reasonably priced but the quality of work is of a high level. They always go above and beyond taking the time to listen and explain the problem so I understand. Communication is great, always informed of repairs and asked for the go ahead before work is completed so i am aware. I am always treated with respect and the boys are down to earth and friendly. Fantastic location as can then pop to the shops for a coffee and look around. Highly recommended to all.

Quite overpriced for a service. Booked in for the economy service and then got charged an extra $100 for a 'synthetic oil upgrade' and an air filter. After reviewing my service records I've found that all the other garages didn't charge extra for the synthetic oil. The quality of the work they carried out was excellent, despite the extra charges. However the Mazda dealership offers servicing for the same price so I will be taking my vehicle there next time.

A friend of mine recommended them as he has been going there for years. After they've checked and repaired my car it felt like I was driving a new one! Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job and even explained to me why some parts needs to be replaced as it is broken and might create more problems in the future. Jeremy explained what was happening to my engine. I was driving with a broken gear and I didn't even notice that until I had my car checked because of a leak in the radiator. They've checked thoroughly and fixed what was necessary. I am very thankful for their quality of service and expertise. Now, I'm confident that my car is safe to drive.

Always go above and beyond. Have been taking my car to Jeremy for years and him and co are the most honest, reliable and friendly bunch I've come across. Has been beyond exceptional with communication and making sure im informed of whats going on and when my car will be ready etc. Was running late to pick up the car after a service one day and Jeremy made sure someone would wait until I got there so i didnt have to wait overnight. Absolutely amazing customer service, expertise and always willing to go the extra mile.

Great experience. The boys have good mechanicaly knowledge and are honest with their labour and pricing. I came in for a big job and then i needed a smaller job done. They gave me a discount on the labour of the second job. The big job was technical it was done fast and for a good price. Also the place has a number of courtesy cars to keep you on the road. Highly recommended.

Really good service. These guys know what they are doing and they do a great job. I have an older car and they have done a fantastic job keeping it running over the past few years. They communicate well and let you know what the problems are and what the best options are to repair them.

Have always taken my car here for service and fixing. It's location is very convenient. The guys there are always friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain things to you and are very honest. If anything is to be commended on, it's their attention to detail and making sure your vehicle is safe. These guys don't take short cuts :)

Put my car in for power steering issues and needing a WOF. The guys had a pile of work to do on my car and were understanding that all of the work needed to get my WOF was a surprise to me. They went out of their way to minimise the cost of the work, kept up communications with me and even gave me a discount. My car and I drove away very very happy. Car cleaned too! Plus they asked me to pop my car in, in a few weeks so they can make sure all is well. Exceptional service, very friendly guys and I feel confident in recommending them to anyone. Thanks Nick!!

Having first been to the Mt Eden branch and now Newmarket, I would highly recommend these guys. Great friendly service and great rates. They don't try to push any addons and their rates are fair. Will be back!!! Don't hesitate to go there.

Really helpful and friendly. I was getting an expensive job done and the guys fixed up a few other things free of charge. Made me feel very comfortable and I usually hate dealing with mechanics - the guys here are really down to earth approachable guys. Highly recommended.
