There was issues with the computer and it took a tonne of diagnosing, which got pretty expensive. it wasn't the cheapest job, but these guys were very professional, kept me informed the entire time which was a couple of weeks... but I was very happy with the service, quality of work and the staff are all very friendly. highly recommended

A.Pleasant and friendly customer service from Jonny. Impeccable work on my car, despite being an older beat up hatch back I feel like my car is given the 5 star treatment I pay for. The services selected below are across several years of WOF's and services.
C.Second time back to this team because they were so good the first time. First time they sorted a transmission issue for one car during the level 3 lockdown and organised a courtesy car all contact-less and very quickly. They were clear about every step of the way and how much it would cost, thankfully they sorted it at a reasonable price. Went back when my second car which needed new brakes and again were clear every step of the way and contacted me when needed, a courtesy car was available again which made life a lot easier. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and pleasant to deal with. Thanks

k.By far the best mechanical service I have ever received and experienced. Dropped car off early in the morning and was kindly given a lift to the bus station. Communication was excellent and I was given a call and also was emailed an estimate of costs for parts, repair, and labour. They even gave it a mini valet after servicing it which shows they go the extra mile. Thanks to Rob and the team. You guys are amazing

M.I'm healthcare worker and now during the lockdown I had my car breaking down while I was driving. This guys were very helpful they took my car, fixed it , gave me a courtesy car so I can still work and during which process I had Zero contact with staff and they even put a alcohol sanitizer spray in my car during this lockdown. Very pleased with their safety processes for staff and customers! I will be back !

K.Visiting from out of town and needed a couple of things fixed to get my WOF. Needed new boot on power steering rack and new fog light.
Call in off the road after identifying them online. Covid-19 level three was in action. Pleasant and easy to book in job to start a few days later. They said about 2 days to get part out, send to get reconditioned get back reinstall, do a wheel alignment and replace faulty fog lamp bulb ( tricky place to get at). Job was done and complete in a day and a half and was billed at estimated cost. WOF recheck done and passed I was a happy man.

H.A very easy and pleasant experience dealing with the team here. First interaction with reception was amazing , welcomed with a warm and friendly attitude! I mainly dealt with Rob , who had by far been the best mechanic I’ve dealt with . No messing around here , straight to the point , I had about 4 issues that needed to be fixed on my GOLF and it was done within a couple of hours. The process of it all was incredible- communication was amazing , got a call before they went ahead with the fixes to discuss pricing which I thought was super helpful. AMAZING service and glad to have my vehicle up and running ! Thank you Rob and the team !
