R.Very easy to deal with. I had a lot of questions and was always responded to in a friendly accommodating manner. It can be difficult choosing a mechanic and not knowing who to trust but I have used these guys twice now. They've provided me with both good value and a good service. Give them a go!
S.I have been using Auto SuperShoppe for nearly a decade now. Erin and Stefan are always polite, friendly and honest. Will tell me if something needs to be replaced, or wait until the next service. They are highly experienced in many models and makes of car. Still have 4 cars in the family regularly going there - just my wife and mine are now electric. Surprisingly there is still work to be done with an EV - just not as often - like changing brake fluid and diff oil, rotating tyres etc. Highly recommend all of the team at AutoSuperShoppe Mt Wellington.

A.I am really happy with these guys. They did a great job fixing a steering wheel noise. The were easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable.
D.This is a criticism of their customer service rather than their mechanical ability because they never fixed me car.
Firstly, the guys were really friendly and personable, so can’t say anything negative about that.
They said they had some unavoidable staffing problems -which is fair, no one can help those things- so they hadn’t touched my car between Thursday-Monday even though it was just a couple of quick things.
Brought it to someone else instead and it was done in a couple of hours.
Normally I wouldn’t leave a post like this for something like that. But my main issue is they never called me to update, or called me back when I called them. So could have been handled better.
A.Highly recommend these guys, super helpful and friendly. Took their time to explain any silly question I had, out of their obviously busy day. 10/10 will definitely go to them in the future 👍

C.I have been taking my cars to these guys for around 8 years now, they are thorough, very informative and haven't carried out any unnecessary work. In short, they are reliable and trustworthy which I have struggled to find in other mechanics. I still use these guys whilst living on the other side of Auckland, worth the travel.
D.Amazing service, had a few lights pop up on my dashboard they hooked up the machine to my car free of charge and cleared the codes. Highly recommend, service with a smile as well which was lovely.

R.A few weeks ago I took my Mazda Familia GTR in to Auto Shoppe Mt Wellington for a new alternator. Unfortunately the tension wasn't set correctly and it spun the belt off and it snapped on my way down country on Christmas Day. I had to stay the night in Hamilton and pay for a mechanic to fix the belt on Boxing Day. Upon returning to Auckland I called up Steffan and he reimbursed me both for my night's accommodation in Hamilton and also the cost of the other mechanic who came out to do the repair and the new belt. I can't speak highly enough of Steffan and standing behind his workmanship like this. FULL MARKS!
