Byron and his team are the best merc shop in town. I trust them, their pricing is fair, and they gave me a loaner for an extended period of time waiting on an insurance claim. They’re straight shooters, and absolutely mint at their craft. It’s the only place I’d take my out-of-factory-warranty Benz in the city.

I contacted Bryan and the team for a full service and replacement of the manifold. They went through in detail on what they would do and gave a rough quotation on what it would cost. Constant communication on what was going on and what they were doing. When I picked the car up again, they explained what was done in great detail. No hidden charges and for the amount of work that was done, I found the charges very very reasonable. The Mercedes is running like a dream. It is a totally different car. Thank you for everything. Will definitely be my only choice when servicing the Mercedes. Could not be happier 👍

I am so impressed with Autohaus. Called up and spoke with Randall about a quote for parts for my Mercedes - never been to Autohaus before but he was incredibly helpful. Prices were very reasonable and based on the other gleaming reviews - it seems so worth coming here. When my Merc does need the part replaced - I'll be coming here! After taking my car to MB NZ for servicing for so long I was really over some seriously hefty bills. AutoHaus is so cost effective, professional, and beyond helpful. They serviced my vehicle and did some minor work on the car but it's the fact they went the extra mile to buff out a couple of scrapes etc free of charge that was really awesome. I will definitely be returning to Autohaus for work on my car!

The only place I would ever trust my Bentley to go for service. Byron is the owner and the best qualified person in the country to service a Bentley. His knowledge and customer service is unparalleled. I have had a few other high performance cars too and have been to their authorised service centers. In my experience, Byron stands out from all.

This is a very professional shop , experts in there field . We have rebuilt a head gasket on a mercedes G wagon and fixed electric issues on a porsche 944 , a few months on and the cars are running great . Highly recommended !

Just a brilliant team. Always get the job done at a reasonable price to very high standards. What these guys don't know about a Mercedes isn't worth knowing. Thrilled to learn they've extended their services to other brands too.

I only trust Autohaus Auckland with my cars now. Byron, the owner, has been managing the servicing of prestigious cars for many, many years. I now live out of Auckland and have had two reputable 'authorised' service shops (out of Auckland), work on my car - one replaced a part that didn't need replacing, the other damaged the car so badly that I wouldn't take it back to have them repair it. So I now prefer to bring my cars up to Auckland to Autohaus. I agree with all the great reviews on here. I would be very surprised if there is any truth in the few low score reviews listed especially as there is no record of them having any servicing done at all. The other chap - well - I wouldn't want him as a customer either - occasionally there's one like this, and it's good for everyone that he goes elsewhere now. I suggest you try Autohaus and judge for yourself.

Called in by 9am. Car delivered by towie about 11am Picked up the finished job (Drive Belt and Tensioner pulley by 3pm. Include a late request to replace bulbs in the control display. Very pleasant knowledgeable staff as well. Couldn't be more pleased. 'Great Service

I have been going to these people for five years. From my first visit, I found them to be very knowledgable, professional and honest. They are passionate about cars and nice people also. Autohaus is the only place I will go.

I called up for some advice and Byron was happy to spend 15 minutes on the phone with someone who never spent a dime there. Thanks for that. I will bring my car in when it needs the new clutch!

Experts know what they are doing.be around for a while so they are stable and experienced..central location and courtesy cars available. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended. I use their services over official Benz dealership.

Right from the Get go helpful freindly bunch of People. Even though I tend to Gabba on because that’s my nature sometimes they took time out to listen. Best Customer service I have ever had. These guys have all the tools and knowledge About Mercedes Benz. Thank you Autohaus.

Initially went to coutts for servicing, but as our Merc grew older, coutts became less interested in customer service towards us. Guess I was no longer considered a potential new Merc customer. Wish I had got onto Autohaus earlier. These guys deliver a consistently high level of customer service regardless of vehicle age. They genuinely take care to optimise the cost of any work done. I trust these guys to inform me on what really needs doing and to deliver a quality outcome at a fair price.

The 3 B's know their cars. Especially good on classic vehicles.

My car is a Mercedes c63 I’ve had my car come in twice for the same problem and Bryan and his team have been awesome with trying to fix the problem all though it’s having the same problem again they have gladly booked me back in to have another look so experience wise they have been good 👍

Great service, friendly and professional. Not cheap if that is what you are wanting but you have the security of them knowing what they are doing. A very smoothly run operation and very busy!
