P.I have known Neil and Lee Ann for over 13 years on a professional level. They have always offered up great service everytime. They have addressed any issues I've had and I have had no problem referring them to my family and friends as my mechanical professionals to anyone looking for a good quality workshop and WOF center. Highly recommended more so if you own any age Holden. I take all my cars there. Sometimes you have to travel in order to find good professional service.

Y.Nice people, normal price. What impresses me most is I have to called several times and left my contact detail each time when I called, while I was asking for the same information which they promised to follow—I wanted to replace some panels and wanted to know what they got(they don’t do paintings so I chose to wait and let them help me keep looking).I chose to ‘stick on’ Autolab just because of its location is so near my home. But after several weeks’ waiting I googled another workshop to get the job done which only took me 3 days and cost less than Autolab’s quote.

E.Excellent prices for parts ($35 cheaper on one part and $30 cheaper on another, compared to an Indian man selling dirty broken parts in Hamilton AND it was brand new, not scruffy old cracked/bent second hand parts) and ideal customer service, both on the phone and in person. Good ACTUAL KIWIs in Auckland, which was stunning, in its self. I see alot of nasty reviews, by people that dont worry about manners, dont worry about thee English language, dont worry about or way of life, nor value our society, so that instantly DISCREDITS their venomous attacks. Take it from a good hard working ACTUAL Kiwi, that these cats are hard working, well mannered and DO seek to see you back on the road, as cheap as possible, BUT still able to earn a living, aswel as pay their employees ACTUAL KIWI WAGES, none of this DESPICABLE "$2 an hour and heavy tax evasion" perpetrated by some of the people that have been leaving the venomous comments/reviews here. Real kiwis, real parts, real prices, for people from the REAL world. Many thanks and all the best.
