Brett and the whole team are amazing! super efficient and helped me sort out my trans and ADS issues. Super thankful for how quick and well done the work was done. :)

Great service. The company got my WOF done quickly and a new light installation and there was plenty of parking when I got there in the morning. I accidentally overpaid my bill and the accounts person was nice enough to call me back a week later and refunded me the difference the same day. Will be back again and I highly recommend their service.

Having had trouble recently with other mechanics, we were a little hesitant as we had never been here before. But we had nothing to worry about. From start to finish we were kept informed with what was happening. They gave us a loan car for the entire week they had our vehicle and when we got the bill even that surprised us as it was very fairly priced. Will being coming back for any problems in the future even from outside Auckland.

The North Shore branch of Autoland provide amazing service. I was provided with a loan car and they kept me updated throughout the day. They went above and beyond to fix my car and did so at a good price. I highly recommend Bret and the team.

Had a great experience with the Autoland team! Michael is a great communicator, called to keep me up to date every step along the way, absorbed the cost for a factory error with parts, and still got the job completed within the time frame! Is conveniently close to the bus station for week day drops offs before work, and they have some pretty good prices for Euro car parts and work. I'll definitely be returning when my car next needs some work or a service.

I have recently started taking our cars to Autoland . So far I'm pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of this company. Mike is very organized and patient with me even if I have loads of questions. Communication is great getting a text when the car is ready is convenient. Also they like to use quality parts eg brakes sure it may cost a bit more but for me and my family safety is very important. The invoices are very detailed which is good for keeping a record of service history. Thanks kindly Mike and the team keep up the good work.

I have had my car serviced here several times and am happy with the quality of the finished work. The staff are friendly and Michael explains things in an easy to understand language. The pricing seems reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mechanic services.

Have had my car serviced with the team at Autoland for about 8 years and the service has always been excellent. They have fitted my car in when I have had a couple of mechanical emergencies and Mike's estimate of problem and cost are fairly accurate. Can highly recommend Autoland.

Great customer service and helpful crew. We had to replace the clutch of our car and they help us find the most affordable option. They took longer than expected but they made up for it by offering a loan car and extra discount.

I find it's often a bit intimidating dealing with mechanics, because I know nothing about cars! But the team at Autoland couldn't be anymore helpful or friendly. Our car had some major issues, parts needed to be replaced etc, and they sorted it no for us, no problem. They worked super quick, called me to inform about the issues, and were very reasonably priced. This will be our 'go to' mechanic from now on. Also, cheapest WOF I've seen in Auckland! Always very professional, helpful and honest. Over the years I’ve had many WOF, services and other repairs and Mike communicates exactly what work needs to be done, and there are no hidden costs. Very easy to book in and use a courtesy car. I would fully recommend Autoland North Shore.

The Staff at Autoland are awesome, they offer honest advice at reasonable prices. Very professional and Mike explains anything you ask and also about the parts that need replacing. the quotes are very accurate and they give a priority of what needs fixing 1st.

WORLD CLASS MECHANICS THAT ARE AFFORDABLE (AS WELL AS BEING LOVELY PEOPLE). Michael and Chris at Autoland are two of the most trustworthy, hardworking, and exceptionally lovely people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I've been taking my car to them for over ten years, and never once been disappointed by the incredible value they give, the expertise they impart (without sounding condescending or reverting to incomprehensible jargon) and the genuine care they put into their work.

We came to Autoland initially for a WOF check-up. Since then we have kept coming back. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, providing good reliable service for a reasonable price, going out out of their way to source replacement parts which are the best deal.

So grateful to have a good experience with Autoland North Shore. I had a WOF done, and the guys were very kind and accomodating. They gave me a replacement car to use and had my WOF done in an hour. They didn't do any unnecessary work or charge me for anything over and above what was needed. Definitely going to continue taking my car here! Great service.

Took the 4WD in because a brake line got damaged driving through scrub. They made a new piece and replaced, plus tidied all the lines up and secured them better so it shouldn't happen again. Nice tidy looking job, better than new, I'm very pleased. They were also fast, efficient and friendly. 10/10. Recommend.

I recently took my car for a service and wof at Autoland North Shore and the service was fantastic. They were really helpful and efficient and gave me genuine advice for a few minor issues I have with my car. 100% recommend using Autoland!

Very happy with the service from Autoland. I went to them because I was redirected from the Ssangyong website for a WOF. Good price was given for the WOF., which the car failed because of a worn tyre. I was told that both front & back brakes needed attention. The tyre company also picked up the brake problem and gave me a more expensive quote. I chose Autoland because they have experience in working with Ssangyong as well as being a bit cheaper. They loaned me a courtesy car & did the work well, on time and also managed to keep to the estimate. Will use again.

I have had my car fixed with Autoland on the north shore 2 times over the last 6 months and found the service from Mike and the team awesome. They are very helpful and gave me great service.I highly recommend Autoland on the north shore to get your car repaired and get the same great service that they have given me.

Hi We had our car in the Autoland to have the cam belt changed. In the initial stages of the work they realized that the belt change was not required as they recognized my car engine allowed for a change at 200 km not 100 km and rang me to ask if they should stop or proceed. Now they could have just proceeded without informing me and I would have been none the wiser. However they showed true integrity by contacting me. The other quotes I had got from service providers who knew my car one being the car dealership never picked that up. They should have known. I am totally impressed by Autoland's professionalism and integrity.

Today, I had a Auto Trans Service on my SAAB 9-3 Convertible with Autoland North Shore - this was a rare quality experience from quoting first, to booking and the car being ready 4 hours early. I requested additional services and this was completed and the car is running perfectly - well done guys - as a first time customer I will be back.

Very happy with the service I get from Autoland. Staff are helpful and efficient. My visits always run like clockwork. Mike has even done a llittle repair job for me free of charge. Doesn't get much better than that. Keep up the good work guys

Left my car to gather dust. She was beaten broken and untouched. Like a man who’s run off with his mistress, i started to miss the old girl. A lot. I started to reminisce of all the os biffed, all the speeding tickets we accumulated and all the clutches we dropped. I needed her back. Then began my quest to get her fixed. I wanted to go to the most pristine mechanic in my area and according to my google search that was auto lands. Ahhh the lands of the autos the pungent aroma of new car smell intertwined with men hard at work greeted my nose as my big toe was through the front door. They also have a little race car simulator game in the office which makes the entire place intrinsically sweet and well worthy of 5 five stars. As I too work in the customer service trade I found myself with pen and paper in hand taking notes on the seamless customer service that I had received from mike and the team. The job sheet for the old girl was longer than the order of the Phoenix. I was struggling to see how they would Manage. But by god I’ll tell you know those qualifications and certificates hanging up on their wall are no joke. They had contacted me within a week saying she was ready to go. I scrambled my way to auto lands and there she was basically brand new ! So elegantly perched in the drive just waiting for me to put tire to gravel and get going. They had fixed EVERYTHING. It may have even been in better condition from when I brought it. If you’re going to leave with something from this review let it not be my endless rambles but this. The service I had received was like no other and unfortunately for me I have visited ALOT of mechanics. Accomodating, eager to help, genuine. 15/10 experience from start to finish. What more can I say you guys just need to see for yourself. Thanks again team xxx

These guys are great. Only trust these guys with my car and always charge fair prices. Nissan dealership quoted $8k for replacement chain. These guys did it for under $2k. Been running smooth for 1.5yr+

Booked in for a WOF - had expired so I was a bit desperate- receptionist was very accommodating and was booked in the following morning and all completed within the time allocated. Car parked for me as well which made it easy to drive out. Appreciated the excellent service. Handy to bus station as an added bonus!

I was Recommended these guys buy the car dealer i purchased my vehicle from. Gave them the go ahead to replace my cambelt and water pump as there was no record when they were replaced last... My mechanic quoted me $1000 plus gst. These guys quoted me $800 including gst & replacing spot light and headlight bulbs and headlight adjustments. They gave me a courtesy car. Half an hour after I left, they phone and say that the Cambelt is In great condition and doesn’t need to be replaced. They could’ve charged me the replacement job but didn’t. These guys have high ethics and I will be back again as I intend on replacing my current mechanics. It’s worth the drive from Ponsonby. Also, I can’t wait to drive their car simulator In their waiting area. Thanks again

I recently bought a land cruiser but discovered the air suspension was faulty. It would not lower or heighten. Mike and the team had the problem sorted very quickly, and I was back on the road. Professional and friendly people. Thanks again.

Great service. Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part which arrived the next day and installed it that afternoon. The estimated quote was very reasonable and spot on to the actual cost. A big thanks to Mike and the guys ! I highly recommend Autoland Northshore !

Not sure how good this workshop is. I gave them my Ford Courier to repair (over heating) after 7 days I received the Ute back (supposable repaired) and it overheated again within the first 15km. I have given Autoland a second chance because I am tied to this workshop (through Turners warranty) to repair the Ute which is normally simple to diagnose. I hope to be able to update this review with a very positive outcome. Workshop found the Ute had a cracked head but the vendor (Turners) did not want the repair to get done. Gave Ute back.
