O.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Was struggling to find a shop to help with a clutch replacement until I came across these guys. The Automotive New Lynn team provide a high quality and professional service, excellent communication in regards to potential issues with the car and running me through my options. Not only was it an great price, but the boys went above and beyond to return the car clean, shiny and in the best shape possible. Could not fault their service and will definitely come back again. Thank you Carlos and Gideon for everything !!!
i.One of the most genuine mechanics i have ever come across. I took my car in for a wof ended up needing a few things done and he called me right away and kept me in the loop with everything that was happening with my car. Carlos gave multiple different options to suit my financial situation. He was AMAZING, highly highly recommend!

P.It's not very often you find a shop that actually cares about how the customer actually feels. I wasn't mad about the initial price but rather disappointed because I knew the amount of "labour" that went into getting my car up & running. Carlos called me the next day, apologised and asked how much I was happy to pay and refunded me the remaining amount....if that's not going above and beyond the call of duty I don't know what is. Great stuff!

What I really appreciated was the communication in regards to what testings were being done on my car, what issues were found, possible solutions and lastly seeking my permission to proceed with repairs rather than going ahead and giving me a big bill in the end as some mechanics do. Carlos has a wealth of knowledge & will recommend the best solution for you even if it means not getting some repairs done through their workshop but rather through the car brands specialist just to be on the safer side. Highly recommended.
M.Overpriced and Sloppy. I cannot understand the high reviews here. I have had two instances where I gave these guys a chance but was less than impressed. I brought my late model Kia Sportage in for a service, $800 later, i got an oil change, brake pads (no rotors), Cabin filter replaced and dirty big stain on my dashboard for my troubles. I cannot understand where the labour was spent unless they didnt know what they are doing.
Second chance, I needed a wheel bearing replaced on my Boat Trailer. I called and asked how much this would cost, they quoted $400 with 2+ hours of labour. I ended up going to a competitor who charged $90 for a bearing. I would not recommend. Overpriced and sloppy.
