N.No doubt... thee best, most honest and transparent consultation you could ever want. We had a rough idea what was wrong with the Air Ride, but were expecting the worst - Matt explained the booking process and welcomed my appointment and Heino was so humble and thorough with his diagnosis and solutions. We will be getting our Air Ride tweaked here and we're super excited to enjoy the outcome - KLETAS
R.It took quite a while for the parts to come in, and the communication was a bit limited, but the end result was REALLY good - Autostance went above and beyond the original scope of works and did a really tidy job. I appreciate their help & patience and I would recommend their workmanship highly.

T.Excellent workmanship + professionalism. I cannot stress enough the positive difference this has made to my driving experience. Aimee was exceptionally informative and accomodating in our conversation about rims in the office and gave concise, sound advice. After the work was carried out, the installers informed me of some important required maintenance and gave pointers and advice about some new required shocks as my stock ones are wearing thin. Workshop was a little hard to find due to no signage in place at their new workshop. Only small issue was that after the install was complete, my button in the driver’s bay that opens my boot no longer worked, however my car is fairly old and was having issues with wiring already, as my side mirror adjusters were also not working prior to my lowering springs install. Time to see an auto electrician 🤣 Thanks again team for the great service!

I recommend going there for anything car related. Lowered the car on some nice BC Golds and a revo tune to top it up. The car sounds and drives alot better than what it was before.

E.Heino and Matt are the top when it comes to customer service. Looking after a wide range of customer types. Not only do they get that low fitment in point, they also lift trucks ready to go mudding! It's only a shame I don't live close by. Great place.
N.Matt & Heino give good rim jobs. Have had a few cars slammed + rims & tyres by them and have been impressed every time. They have the best window tinter in NZ on hand too. 10/10 would highly recommend Autostance!
