T.Ross & the team @ Balmoral Automotive have been servicing my cars, and those of my extended family (about 9 vehicles in total), for coming up to 20 years. They're always trustworthy, honest, reliable - and of course do a great job. They're always prepared to help (even when I just 'drop in' with a small issue that needs attention) and Ross gives pragmatic, sensible advice based on his many years of experience. I'll continue to take my vehicles (3) to him for as long as he's a mechanic!
R.Ross and the team are so great, they always make sure that any repair is completed quickly, and you are able to know exactly what is happening and what the costs might be. Ross is great at finding solutions which lower the cost of the issue while still solving the issue, and is always friendly and ready to help. Would definitely recommend and will be back
K.Ross who owns the garage and is the mechanic actually cares about your car no matter the make of it. He always finds a way of fixing problems and explains the solution to you. I can highly recommend him.
A.My car broke down on the motorway and I towed it here, Ross looked at it and unfortunately it was beyond repair however he suggested a collection service and I was able to sort out a very big problem easily. Service friendly and professional. Did me a solid thanks mate. Highly recommend
