K.I went there for car service after looking at reviews. I had a Really great experience there. Even after that when i had problem with engine Williams gave the first priority to my car and fixed it at spot. Highly recommended 👍🏻
R.I've been going to this place for different maintenance and repairs works for the last few years, e.g. WOF, oil changed, replaced brake pads, etc. William and the team have done amazing work on every visit. They check the car properly, inform the findings and suggest options. Above all of the great communications and high quality service, William also offers competitive cost. Definitely my go to place for our family cars and I've highly recommended them to my friends. Keep it up William!

K.Went here based on the great online reviews. I had a back spoiler that got torn off in a car wash. The service station's insurance would pay for the repair but needed a quote first for the insurance company to green light the work. The guys were friendly but not particularly interested. They did take some photos and my details (phone and email) and we agreed that they would provide a quote once they have located the spare parts needed. Never heard from the them again.
I was actually thinking that I would have brought the car there for the annual maintenance and WOF as well if the experience is as good as the reviews. Well, that didn't happen.
EDIT: Thanks for the response. Didn't get your email nor did I find it in spam but not saying that you didn't send it (number of things can happen). Appreciate you taking the time to respond in any case! I've also updated my review to 3* which is kind of neutral - not bad nor good since never got to see your work in action.
As for the back spoiler. I managed to locate a used back spoiler online and have it shipped to New Zealand. The insurance were happy to pay it especially since I did the (simple) installation myself and there was no cost for labour.

Grabbed a car servicing voucher off GrabOne and I can definitely say that this is NOT a scam!
We bought the voucher the night before and they managed to fill us in the next day we inquired about it!
The staff are incredibly helpful and really friendly. William guided me throughout all the issues, big AND small of my car. They've really put my mind at ease and can definitely say that I'll be coming back for future car servicing!
M.William at bj Automotive is the most honest, descent mechanic in South East Auckland.

Being in Lockdown Level 4 my car decided to cut out on me. Stuck in 1 spot for so long thinking it's something major and expensive. Once we finally dropped down level this place was the only place I was going to get incontact with as I have only used them once before and they have earned my trust then.
These guys took all my stress away after stressing over my car for over a week!
From that one phone call to these guys. They helped me to get my car to their work shop and it wasn't long they found the problem and kept in contact with me before they started on the job. A few hours later my car was back on the road but more powerful! 😊

I came in for a general service, however, after uncovering some other issues William was transparent and clear with what was required. He showed me exactly what the issues were and explained what he would recommend. For the work needed he gave me a very good price. Also included a headlight buff for free and they look brand new. L.I bought a GrabOne voucher for a standard service on my car. It was great value. It took 3 hours to complete which was fine because I had the day off work. William was happy to run through all the recommendations for future maintenance but was not at all pushy. Very friendly service and I get the feel that they care about their customers.
o.If anyone looking to get there WOF done, or any mechanical problems BJ Automotive will be the proper place.
The reason behind my recommendation is William and his staff will take extra effort to sort the mechanical issues and correctly rectify them.
Also they very cost-effective. That's doesn't mean they using cheap spares. They always use the recommended quality products to service your vehicle.

I have been really impressed with the clear and upfront communication prior to the services being completed, and have also really appreciated how clearly and honestly any issues are presented. I have struggled to find a mechanic that was reasonably priced and trust worthy, but BJ Automotive really ticks all the boxes. And they completed the work super fast too! M.I'm adding 5 stars on behalf if everyone else the only thing I have about this guy is he gave me prices of what needed to be done after my service went back after a week or 2 to get quite and got a different price something a higher it that's because the first paper he gave me k lost it and didn't have it with me when I went and got quote and he didn't have anything on file if the work he's done on my service though I still trust in the job being done good

Coffee and tea was also available in lounge room, as i comfortably waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Time flew and in no time my vehicle was ready. Professional and efficient service, highlighted issues and solutions/recommendations, liquids topped up, received a list of what was done on the vehicle and at an affordable price. Very polite, efficient and tyres are affordable but what really surprised me was he gave a discount for the tyre and fitting. So if ur needing tyres I recommend try these guys out...u can't get a better deal than them

I went to a automotive place near me and they told me I would have to pay $2400 for my car to pass for a wof this was for apparently new spark plugs coils rocket cover and the list goes on☹️ I took it to BJ automotive centre on Tuesday and my car passed for a wof and it was only $45!
The guys here are also really nice and professional and had my car done by lunch time.

Even though there was a bit of a misunderstanding with booking, they still took our car in last minute and serviced with a super fast turnaround. Professional and trustworthy service yet again. C.I found this place through purchased a WOF and Service deal off GrabOne. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was quite happy with both the WOF inspection and with the basic service they carried out. Just be aware that they are very particular about the volume of oil used in these special deals, where if your vehicle takes more than 4 liters, you must pay extra. Booking is essential, and there is a comfortable waiting area if you'd prefer to stay and wait.

William (sorry I'm really bad with names) was open honest and even spent the time with me to explain what the fault of my car was in saying that he was able to show me a temporary fix until a part was able to be bought. A.Great customer service and good value. Brake pads showed up faulty in my WOF and they managed to track down some compatible ones with the supplier and replaced them all within 90 minutes or so on a Saturday.
