G.Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I booked by 5 series in for a service. They found some other things that needed work, but priced them then contacted me first. Car was also cleaned and groomed which wasn't expected. Great value loan vehicle too. Highly recommended.

M.BM Workshop is the only auto shop I've been to in NZ where I was treated like someone who loves cars and knows what needs to be checked. The staff I dealt with were delightful, knowledgeable, and shared my passion for driving and cars. This made me feel like I was taken seriously, not like a "clueless woman" like other mechanics around Auckland have done. My high-performance car was attended to swiftly and with care. I'd happily recommend BM Workshop to anyone looking for a quality BMW mechanic.
D.Really quick turn around, loan cars available, and after a service they gave the car back fully cleaned and vacuumed! No hassle on return of a follow up fault to get an extra failed coil pack sorted, and all done within 30mins! That's going the extra mile that gets you respected and trusted.

The team changed the oil sump gasket and front bump stops on my BMW. It took only a day which was faster than expected and they even topped up my oil (was halfway prior to dropping it off). No leaks evident (nearly a week now) and the invoice wasn’t too bad (way better than a company that quoted more than twice the cost...) happy customer and definitely recommend 👌🏼
R.I took my 2008 mini convertible in for a general service and check up. I was very happy with their work. They took care of all the necessary items and made a few suggestions for future items that will be coming up in the next 12 months which is helpful so I can budget for those repairs. Good job guys. J.Contacted BM Workshop to sort out an issue with my BMW's tyres and rims. Graeme understood issue and requirements and sourced a perfect and well-priced solution. Communication was excellent, car received back clean and tidy. Their attention to customer needs and budget and their willingness to go the extra mile was really what sets them apart from other mechanics. Trustworthy and reliable, would recommend to anyone needing a great BMW mechanic.
T.Friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't book or charge for minor rattling transmission stone shield repair I couldn't reach under the car. Book well ahead for bigger maintenance and repairs though as the waiting list can be long 😉.
