The owner and staffs are friendly. I have had a great time dealing with Botany Vehicle Service. The office staff and the mechanic were committed to great customer service. The atmosphere was awesome and i definitely like that you have very modren style of working (Spacielly by Valky talky). Most importent, the price was very resnable as compare to other shops. Thanks for the great service.

Have been dealing with your company for a long time now. The staff is excellent and always greet with smile. Create a positive environment in the workplace. All of the staff, Nitin, Sue, Wendy August are amazing to deal with and make business a pleasure.

Good team. I get all my WoF here, fail only genuine, real issues. Panel repairs look good, I'll get them to do some work on an MX5 soon and will review, but am sure it will be good based on what I've seen.

I did a silly and munted the side of my van - these peeps were so easy to deal with. They advised us on things that made the process easier for us, had a courtesy car ready, and completed the work right on schedule I couldn't be happier and if I ever do another silly I'll be asking AMI to send me here again. The service was good, they lend me a car during the repair of my car. I am overall satisfied with the repair.

They were friendly efficient and transparent. Their prices were reasonable as well. The waiting room was clean, tidy and had tea coffee and a t.v that was a nice touch. Car is running well now too.

Have been going here for my WOF for a number of years now. The best price around and comes with great service. Never try to sell you services that you don't need and provide a free courtesy car while your vehicle is worked on.

Great job as always. I just have one tiny note though about the curtesy car they gave me. It was really poorly maintained.

I went to get my WOF done. I didn't have to wait, Really helpful. Explained things in detail and provided service with care. they don't try to rip you off by telling difficult technical terms. helpful and simple makes it easy to understand. recommended specially for new car owners like my self.

Excellent customer service, In - depth and proper diagnosing of the vehicle complaints, Punctuality, and financial affordability are the main qualities I could say about Botany Vehicle Service from my experience. Dedicated service team not only ensures that the vehicle complaints are rectified, but also makes it a point to explain to the clients about the works done in the vehicle and solve all the queries of the client.

Went there to have my WoF done, booked one day in advance. Did not wait and got my car sorted within 25 mins with no extra costs. $35 is def a competitive price in the market, will def go there again :)

Great staff on front and most importantly reasonable price

One of the greatest mechanics that i dealt with. Had an insurance job done through them and they are exceptional. they went out of their way to fix the damaged parts and are really polite and well-mannered people. i would highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Two days before Christmas I needed an urgent WOF repair. Went to 6 Auto Sparkies before them, none wanted the business. I Saw BVS and they were not only too happy to help but sent runners for extra things I needed and were just fantastic and at a reasonable price. More than highly recommend. Im going back for sure

Excellent service, very friendly, and were very accommodating on the weekend. They have a large team that appears to work well together, and can do both mechanical and bodywork. They also had a courtesy car available that was really handy, especially on such short notice.

Strongly recommend! my vehicle had accident a week ago and need repair though insurance, i cannot believe they did nice job without wait for a week.If i go to another garage, i need to wait for at least two weeks even more. The staff here are very kind,polite and helpful!

I went there to fix some panels and repair a couple of pieces that were missing. George was fantastic. He advised the cost to fix it and gave me a time line as to when the parts would arrive. Will be going back A+++

Identified a noise problem within 5 minutes of arriving and provided quote to fix later. Job done 2days later. Easy. Very satisfied. Two other auto repair shops could not even find the cause. Lots of time and effort wasted. Highly recommended!!

Recently, my vehicle had accident, need repair though insurance, my friend recommend me to go to this place, cannot believe they did nice job without wait two weeks. If you go to other shop, you will find out you have to wait two weeks even more. The staff here are fabulous, always polite helpful, the most important thing is that they done their job with high efficiency. Strongly recommend!!!!

Excellent customer service, new manager provided detailed explanation after wof was done but struggled to get a quotation out on paper. Other than that, it was an excellent service. Will come back again given its reasonable price for wof.

I came to the workshop a few days ago because my car got a paint damage. The job this team done is excellent just like the original painting. And the team is quite friendly and professional. They gave me a guarantee date to pick up my car, and they did. Highly recommended!!!!

We took the advice of someone we know well to take our car to Botany Vehicle Service for a panelbeating repair (rear bumper damaged in an accident and hanging loosely from the car). Without us asking, the Manager, Skye, got her staff to make an excellent temporary repair by putting the bumper properly back in place on our first visit, while waiting for a new bumper to arrive from the manufacturer overseas. That initial repair took about 30 minutes and was totally unexpected, but justified what we had been told about BVS, that they go the extra distance to keep their customers satisfied. I seriously doubt that our previous panelbeater would have done the same temporary work, their "go-to excuse" (from my past experience) likely would have been they were too busy, an indication that we weren't seen as a valued customer and would have to get in line to suit their convenience, not ours. Our new bumper took about 2 months to arrive from overseas, during which time we were frequently contacted by BVS with updates how they had been chasing up the delivery for us and putting pressure on the supplier to expedite the delivery. Installation of the new bumper and repainting the back half of the car to perfectly match the very slightly different colour of the bumper took 4 days. The finished job is undetectable as a repair and we are extremely glad we used Botany Vehicle Service to do the repair. Their service and workmanship was beyond reproach and their initiative in doing the initial repair greatly impressed us. We will definitely use BVS again for any panelbeating repairs we may need, they are responsive, professional, and proactive. One last shout-out must go to Skye, their manager, she was friendly and kept us in the loop continuously as to progress. In summary, we were super-impressed with Botany Vehicle Service and highly recommend them for panelbeating repairs.

Always great service here, honest people who always give good advice about vehicles. Been coming here for over 5 yrs and they have looked at 3 of our vehicles in that time.

Strongly recommended as a go to place to get your vehicle ac gas refilled, service took less than an hour regardless of them being very busy today and I am very very appreciative of the time, the reassurance, the quick service and excellent communication/ customer service from both receptionists and the mechanic, overall it’s a 5 star from me. 謝謝大家，願上帝保佑

I've taken my car to BVS for two full services now and can't fault their service. I love that I'll get a call prior to any work even if it is just a $5 bulb that needs to be changed! On top of that the carwash/clean is always nice and prices are very reasonable! Thanks BVS :)

Have been going to BVS for WOFs for several years. Never had a problem. They are straight to the point and honest. Both my cars have been serviced there and they sorted a knocking sound out where other mechanics had brushed me off. Highly recommend BVS! Don't be put off by first appearances. They might need to expand to a bigger workshop soon.

I've been here several times, I never thought my first online review of anything would be the Botany Vehicle Service, but this place is awesome. Friendly and efficient staffs. I enjoyed going to the BVS, I never thought I would write or say those words. So the Botany Vehicle Service is the last place you might think you'd receive great customer service and auto repair services. You're a customer, and there is a garage, so leave your car to them, right? No! The staff here were so awesome in helping me to solve out mechanics problems with specialised methods, and informing me when my car was ready to go. Also, a vehicle-lend is provided to customers if your car was being repaired, no matter its paint spraying or car electrical circuit problems. Because they knew it is very inconvenient without a car.

George is very friendly and professional in car repaire. Very reliable car repair, good price too. Highly recommend.

Easy to book in for a WoF. Initially made the mistake of going to VTNZ. They told me that I didn't need to book, "Just turn up". I did and the wait was "At least an hour and a half"!!!!!!! No way Jose! Go to this place. Great service. Polite staff! Thank you.

Went there twice for WOF. Great prices and honesty. I had a quote of 1300$ in the city and got everything done including WOF for 300$ there. Just awesome! And the lady at the reception is always nice and friendly.

friendly service, did the repair well, they provided the countesy car without notice, because car was taking apart for inspection but due to damage it was not possible to put it back together to wait for parts to come in for repair.
