One of best workshops around. Aj goes out of he’s way to get things done ✅ . All our vehicle’s have being looked after by them and they have never disappointed us . Wouldn’t go any where else

No-pressure, didn't feel rushed. Trustworthy. They listened to me. Quick and painless — the boss(owner) made the process easy. Quick and clear communication (email or in-person) No games. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises)

Very helpful staff and professional service. Work was done within said time to the highest level and was surprisingly very affordable. Owner kept me up to date with work done and gave advise if further work was required (unlike some places where they do the additional work without your knowledge and then you turn up to pick your car and get given a hefty bill for something that you had no idea was being done). Awesome stuff AJ and the team. Keep up the great work and thanks once again for all your help. Very highly recommended

Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. I always use Quality Car Service for any works needed on my car as I know I recieve honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price. I trust them not to take me on! I have been going to Ajay and the team at Brian Payne motors (2017 LTD) for years! They do amazing work and you can trust them 100%. They have worked on my dailys and my Evo and Lexus and have done a thorough job to fix any issues my car ever has. The prices are very good and the turn around is very quick. Customer service has always been great and never been disappointed with their work. No job is too big or small for them. Would definitely recommend them and to try them out!

Took my car to this awesome place , Brian Payne Motors whom I was referred to and highly recommended by my Car Dealer that I bought my car off from Car City Auckland . Management and staff have been so helpful and the humbleness amongst the team . Have attended to my car service and warranty and they did a great and thorough job . Will be returning early next year as been advised to do a couple more jobs that needed to be fixed. So I' highly recommend this outfit to any potential customer out there . The Team at Brian Payne Motors are very pleasant to deal with. 😁 What I love about this workshop is that its a one stop shop for your mechanical needs. I had alot of issues with my car where I needed my tyres changed, new battery and also some performance work done, the team at Brian Payne were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. I walked out a very happy customer as all my car needs were fulfilled by this automotive shop. What I really appreciated was that not only do they do normal maintenance work but also work with performance cars and know exactly what they are talking about. 💯💯

I went to take my wrx for an engine replacement. Wasn't really sure if these guys were reliable but I dont regret my decision now after the end result. Thanks to Aj and his team for an excellent job on my car and for also fixing my bimmer. These guys went out of their way just to fix my car during lockdown. Was given AJ's number by a benevolent stranger when my car broke down on SH1 near Sylvia Park. AJ went out of his way to arrange the sale of my car for parts and helped me find a new vehicle. In my experience, the whole crew here are helpful and generous with their time... awesome people!
