A review of my recent visit to By Accident - over and above my expectations. It all started with an accident involving another vehicle, damaging the right side of my front bumper, headlight and guard panel. The damage was severe in terms of the bumper and headlight which needed to be replaced with new OEM parts, while the right guard repaired(luckily) with all work and parts handled by By Accident. I drove the vehicle into the workshop on Monday 17th September, as instructed by the manager of By Accident, Kris. A month prior, Kris had inspected and taken photos of all damaged components of the car in order to source the correct parts needed for the job. I parked the car at the workshop on Monday morning before work, Kris had approached me and I handed him the keys to my pride and joy. This was my first ever panel beating experience, so needless to say, I was nervous as to how everything would turn out, likewise with anyone else as I would imagine. Kris mentioned to me that car should be ready by the end of the week (21st September 2018). I was also informed that if I ever wanted to pop in to see the vehicle being worked on, I was able to, which I thought was a plus! I popped in to have a look at my vehicle on Thursday 20th September, the car was just being prepped for paint, and as I took a tour around the vehicle, it looked incredible before it was even finished. The point that really hit the home run was that on Friday, knowing that the shop closes at 5pm, Kris sent me a message saying that he would stay behind until I arrived at the workshop as I needed to bus into Birkenhead from the CBD. I arrived to the shop at 5:35pm and approached Kris to go check out my car. When i saw it, the car was in pristine condition as I was told that the car was washed, cleaned, headlights polished, seats and handbrake covered to ensure that the vehicle is not contaminated in any way which exceeded my expectation of a panel beating company. By Accident takes pride in taking care of their customers vehicles which was evident when I arrived at the shop and saw mine. With the help of Kris and his team, my car was back on the road within less than a week, looking great and with a peace of mind that it was looked after by an incredible manager leading a talented group of individuals to perform to the highest standard possible. If I ever need any vehicle work done on my current or future cars, i'll be sure to come back to By Accident. Thanks for everything Kris.

The MX5's boot mounted aerial was definitely past it's use-by-date and needed replacing. Fortunately the Universe came to our assistance by arranging a fender-bender that was completely covered by our insurance. This introduced us to the skillful fixers at By Accident in Birkenhead. These wizards smoothly took care of the crash damage and also found, fitted and charged a fair price for a good replacement MX5 aerial. All done with style and grace in just 2 working days - Highly recommended! 😊 p. s. The replacement aerial works a treat!

These guys are amazing. Top service and the finish on the car was great. Highly recommend them!! (especially after using another panelbeater in Glenfield that was bloody terrible).

This is a wonderful Panelbeater located handy to the Highbury shops. I have had work done on my car twice now ( due to other people dinging it in carparks etc). Kris Reddy , the Manager is really pleasant, helpful and efficient. Fair and reasonble quotes for work are submitted directly to your insurer within hours and work booked in in good time and estimated time to complete the job is usually early never late. They supply a loan vehicle too! The work is of impeccably high standard; one cannot even see where it has been done. I have no hesitation to recommend this firm, in fact I have sent several people to them already and they have been very happy with the work also. It is a stressful time when one sustains a car accident and they make it so easy to get the repairs done. It is a relief to find people this good. I almost don't want to recommend them in case they get too busy and can't fit me in next time! LOL. Well Done and Thanks To ' By Accident'. MO.

Service was way faster than expected, only took 1-2 days. Plus they also gave my car a nice clean and polish!

Not sure if Mr Daniels visited the same workshop that I did , I received fantastic service , friendly staff , very helpful with my insurance claim, fast turnaround & the repair was better than new , they even groomed my car ! As much as I hope I never need to see them again , if I have a crash they will be my 1st call .
