Great experience as usual. Always friendly and personal. Know me by name each time I turn up before I've given any details and thorough knowledge of the history of my vehicle. Highly recommend this as the place to go when you need your vehicle warranted, serviced and repaired. Great team!

Car Care Centre is amazing!! My car broke down just down the road late in the afternoon but I managed to get it to Car Care Centre, and they were so excellent. They diagnosed my car's problems and stored my car safely overnight, then fixed it nice and early the next day! They were very reassuring and kind when I was so stressed. I 100% recommend bringing your car here! Thanks team!

Car Care Centre is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to car trouble. I was in quite a pinch with my car breaking down on my drive home from MIQ, and even though they were fully booked, Jim made time to check out my car, rush order some parts and get my vehicle back on the road to save me being stranded over the weekend in quite a rough spot during lockdown levels. They were helpful, kind, clear communicators, and efficient. Absolute legends. Highly recommend using Jim and Car Care Centre

Just had my second service done here, brilliant job, my little car feels great to drive, given it’s an older car. The lady in the office is so lovely and friendly and was able to answer all my questions when I spoke to her the other day, in these times it’s nice to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Thanks guys, see you next year.

I'm glad I came across these guys they do exactly what I want with my car and at a very good price... surprisingly so... They are my regular mechanics now, don't need to go anywhere else...

The team at car care were so nice and fast. I had alot of faults and they let me go back a 2nd time free of charge when my engine light came on again after they had cleared all my faults and managed to give me my diagnostic It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company to take your car too.

Highly recommend Jim and co at Car Care Centre. You can’t go wrong with their friendly honest business. They always warn you what it will cost and provide warning if they think in the next year or so you may need to replace tyres etc. We were offered free servicing from Car yard where we purchased our car but turned it down in favour of paying for Jim! He’s just that good!

We have recently returned to Papakura after 18 years .... as soon as.WOF was due my hubby and I had no qualms taking our cars back to Jim. He has worked on previous cars of ours in the 90s. Great custom, good value and honest. We value Jim and Lou at Car Care Centre

Jim rechecked slight oil leak that started after a service 2 months ago. He spent an hour checking drained and refilled the oil, cleaned up under engine trays. I was happy to pay due to time since the service but insisted that there was no charge. Great service and his Car Care Centre is thoroughly recommended

Awesome service as I arrived one week earlier than booked in for the car's warrant of fitness - my mistake and was able to have the warrant of fitness completed, no problem. My thanks also for the car being washed nice and clean as I drive through a new industrial area being prepared on my way to work and the car becomes really dusty.

Awesome mechanic. I had my car at three different places previously none could diagnose the problem. Here it was diagnosed and repaired in a morning. Repaired at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend as I was delighted with the service.
