Hands down the best experience. Moving cities is tough when you have to find new businesses that you trust. I have finally found that! I have now taken my car for a service and wof on two separate occasions and they prices have been unbeatable and the craftsmanship is great. I'll never go anywhere else in Auckland. Thanks Team :)

Had my car check up with these guys, and I highly recommend them. Experienced and knowledgeable they will get straight to the point (as Russian do) explaining you with simple words what's to be done. Get an appointment by phone first as they are located in busy Hobson St.

Very good service, knowledgeable and great workmanship. Wasn't sure what was wrong with my car so I took it to Ivan and his team they figured it out communicated with me what the problem was how much it was going to cost and now my car runs beautifully! Very reasonable priced! They will definitely be my regular mechanic.

These guys are just awesome. I had some minor issue, that they fixed for a good price. A few day later I just realized that earlier I didn't have water in windscreen washer tank. So I tried to fill fluid tank, but it was full. They topped it up with washer fluid, and didn't even charge for that. That's a client oriented approach. Now I service and fix my car at them.

Well worth going to these guys. We needed to find a new car mechanic due to our old mechanic retiring and discovered Car Lab they seemed the right fit. Thanks guys for your fast professional job the car is running great again. See you in a few months when our other car needs a wof and service.

Took my Audi for a service at Car Lab and have been seriously impressed. The car has usually been serviced by Audi but I wont be going back. Have had great service for less cost and the best the car has ever driven. I would highly recommend Car Lab.

Great service and prices. My car needed mechanic urgently but only guys from Car Labs were honest and reliable. Never try with India again, those people do much better work, faster and finally cheaper and safer than India guys (its my experience from previous service). Definitely I will recommend this cars service.

Great service, knowledgeable specialists & kind people work in CarLab. Highly recommended. What is really good - the car is always ready as promised. No overcharge or other typical "problems discovered" calls later. One of a few places where you know - everything is going to be done just the way you like it. The guys always offer a convertible as a courtesy car or a lift home or office.

Took my BMW v8 there to service . Not only they did the service ,they checked many other things and fix lots of little things here and there . I have never seen any mechanic so polite ,friendly and professional. It was my first time there and I do not think I ever go anywhere else . Respect to these hard working honest guys !!
