Tyrone and Selwyn were top blokes to deal with from start to finish. Their communication was clear, timely and professional, with an empathy and approachability that is rare in in the automotive industry. Our car looked immaculate after their service, and their pricing was extremely competitive, far more reasonable than any of the alternative quotes from other garages. We were especially impressed by the degree of detail provided about the process before, during, and after the job had been completed, even sending us short videos detailing each step of the service. We might live out west but we'll be taking our cars to CBD for anything and everything they can do for us!

Tyrone and the great team have been looking after my cars for over 20 years! I live on the northshore but drive into the city because they are soooo good. Always professional , clear and transparent pricing, helpful, great communication to keep me updated as the job progresses. Whether its a service, a WoF, a repair, or rectifying my mistakes, my car is always clean when I pick it up - inside and out! Can't recommend them highly enough!

The CBD team are excellent examples of professionalism, customer service and workmanship. Really lovely people to deal with and really helpful, went above and beyond to help me when I had a problem that I was not sure of. As a woman, it can be a risk going to a new garage, as we can be vulnerable to being ripped off. This is never going to happen with these guys. I will definitely be heading back to CBD Panel and Mechanical when I need my next warrant.

We've had 5 cars go through CBD for panel beating. Each time the repairs have been carried out to an excellent standard with great customer service. Tyrone was always super friendly and courteous. Thanks guys.

Tyrone and his team are very professional and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are looked after. During what became an extended repair due to supply-chain issues with the availability of parts, Tyrone did his best to minimise the inconvenience and the end repair was undertaken to a very high standard.

Can't recommend Tyrone and the team at CBD Panel highly enough. They urgently fixed some paint issues on one of our cars and the car looked amazing when we got it back. This is not why we are writing this review, it's CBD Panel's outstanding customer service that made the difference for us. Our car wasn't the biggest job or the most expensive or most important car they had going on but they understand that car is the most important car to us, the customer, and that's hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

These guys saved my bacon... I had a rental car which someone had badly scraped the bumper. I called into CBD hopeful that they might be able to make it look a little better before returning the car to the rental company. They were able to buff most of the scratches out and even touched up where the paint had been removed completely. They did such a good job when I returned the rental car and pointed out the small marks left, the rental agent said not to worry and did not charge the excess. The guys at CBD were really obliging and had a great attitude. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Amazing customer service, made getting a WoF super easy

Helpful and informative staff. They kept me up to date and there were no surprises. A loan car was provided to help tide me over until my car was repaired. The repair was completed promptly and efficiently.
