A really really great place to get apple products serviced and fixed. I went there a week ago not expecting much as a previous apple servicer I had used was absolutely terrible. The whole team at connect NZ is so amazing! In one week they recommended options, ordered parts, and fixed my laptop. I genuinely think this is the best electronic servicing company I’ve ever tried.

Wholly unsatisfactory service for anyone who lives rurally. Didn't take any security considerations seriously. Asked for the new power supply but then wanted the original power supply. Have not responded with when my SDD / power supply will be returned and fobbed me off to the insurer without sending the report they promised. Plus they can't even get their website to link to google maps. UPDATE Connect NZ have reached out and resolved the issues above. It is fair to say that some of the delay and responsibility rests with the insurer

Incredible service, was able to achieve what the other Apple Reps in Auckland could not. Saved me weeks of waiting and hundreds of dollars. Can’t thank them enough!

Excellent service, staff informed me of the Consumer Guarantees Act and ensured that even though my place of purchase had given me a 1-year warranty for my Apple device, Connect ensured that my device would be covered as all goods have a 3 year warranty. Very prompt assessments and very clear service.

Fantastic communication, great repair job with a quick turn around! Gareth went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my laptop. Would highly recommend Connect NZ especially for Apple repairs.

They were the only ones telling me about my free battery service due to the extension of guaranty in NZ. And they did a good job and fairly quickly.

Had an awesome experience with the Connect NZ team - they were so helpful and informative. Claimed through insurance and Job was completed quickly and efficiently - Staff was always friendly and Gareth even assisted with providing a charger. Kia ora Connect NZ!!!

Great communication and super work on my macbook. There is handy parking out the front of the reception and the building is in a central location. If there is a need, I will certainly use Connect again.

I have had an Asus laptop replaced and just short of the 2 year period, it $&*@¥ itself!!Took it to Connect who fixed it. Then sent again this time sent for 2nd opinion to Wellington who said it's irreparable. When I went to pick it up in Auckland, surprisingly the Tech said it's working!!2 week or so later it pc popped again, now they have to send it to Christchurch. Not a happy chappie at all since I worked in Customer Services for 11 years!!

Great service and management. I used their service to repair my phone and I got a quote in 3h (very reasonable price) and my phone was ready in a day. I definitely recommend Connect NZ.
